Abstract
Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл расплыени жидкостей и может быть использовано дл нанесени покрытий методом безвоздушного распылени двухкомпонентных жидких материалов. Цель изобретени - обеспечение дозированной подачи промывочной жидкости.Дл этого пистолет дл распылени быстрополимеризующихс двухкомпонентных материалов снабжен обратным клапаном и дозатором промывочной жидкости, выполненным в виде поршн с пружиной, установленных в выполненной в корпусе цилиндрической полости. Предпоршнева часть цилиндрической полости сообщена с предклапанной частью канала подвода промывочной жидкости, а запоршнева часть цилиндрической полости сообщена с его заклапанной частью. Пружина размещена в запоршневой части цилиндрической полости, а обратный клапан установлен на выходе канала подвода промывочной жидкости в смесительную камеру. Пистолет снабжен дополнительными обратными клапанами, установленными на выходе каналов подвода жидких компонентов материала в смесительную камеру.
