- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定側金型と可動側金型とのパーテイング面に
形成されるキヤビテイー内を真空状態に保ち、こ
のキヤビテイー内に溶湯を射出してダイカスト成
型品を成型する真空ダイカスト金型装置において
、 前記金型のパーテイング面に上記キヤビテイー
の周囲を包囲する溝部を形成し、溶湯の射出前に
この溝部内に酸素ガスを供給充填し、この酸素ガ
スのガス圧により、キヤビテイー内への外部エア
の侵入を遮断したことを特徴とする真空ダイカス
ト金型装置。
