Claims (1)

がるように絶縁体を設け、かつ導電極上から金属
板上の絶縁体上にかけて電極引出し用の導電体を
設けた構造の圧電振動板をケース内に嵌め込んで
その周縁部を支持し、更に同ケース内であつて圧
電振動板の後面側に、一組の端子導体を有する裏
蓋であつて少なくとも各端子導体の一部分がその
前面側に露出したものを嵌め込んでこれを圧電振
動板の周縁部に押し付け、そして各端子導体の露
出部と圧電振動板の金属板およびその上の導電体
とをそれぞれ接触させて電気的に接続しているこ
