The operation in the above configuration will be explained. When water is poured from the water supply port 11a, water flows into the container 1 from the first opening 5a of the tank 5 via the water supply vibro. When the water level in the container 1 rises and water is supplied above the water guide pipe 8, the container 1
The water inside is drained from the discharge port 8b through the water guide vibrator 8. When the water is drained and the water level drops to the same level as the water intake port 8a, air is simultaneously entering the container 1 through the air cylinder 7, so air also enters the water guide vibrator 8 from the water intake port 8a, and the water guide pipe 8, the siphon principle no longer works and the water drains or stops. In this state, when electricity is passed through the heating element 2 to heat it, the water in the container 1 is heated. When the water temperature rises to the set temperature of the temperature regulator 3, the temperature regulator 3 operates to stop supplying electricity to the heating element 2. After this, put coffee powder in the basket 9 and set it, and then
When water is supplied again, the heated hot water in container 1 becomes
The water is discharged from the discharge port 8b through the water guide pipe 8, poured onto the coffee powder in the basket 9, and dripped into the decanter 10.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional extraction machine, it takes about 2 to 3 minutes to discharge the hot water, and it takes another 1 to 2 minutes for the hot water to come in contact with the coffee powder in the basket 9 to complete the extraction. Minutes of time is required. Moreover, the only way to tell whether brewing is in progress is to check for coffee liquid dripping from the gap between the basket 9 and decanter 10, and it is difficult to see.
There were problems such as spilling the coffee liquid being extracted and causing burns if the basket 9 was pulled out during extraction.

Operation The present invention has the first problem-solving means described above. When hot water for extraction passes through the water guide pipe, the temperature of the first temperature detection element disposed inside the water guide vibe rises, and the output of the second temperature detection element increases. When the output reference temperature set in is exceeded, the output is sent to the indicator light via the temperature detection circuit and the indicator light turns on. When the discharge of hot water is finished and the temperature of the first temperature detection element decreases and becomes lower than the output reference temperature, the indicator light is turned off. In addition, according to the second problem solving means, when the second temperature detection element for setting the output reference temperature is supplied into the container via the water supply vibrator, the second temperature detection element that sets the output reference temperature detects whether the water temperature in the container has decreased or not. It is located in the intestine of the water tank and near the water surface, making it possible to minimize changes in the output reference temperature.

When the temperature of the first temperature detection element 12 is higher than the output reference temperature, the temperature detection circuit 15 outputs an output to the indicator light 16, and the indicator light 16 lights up. This indicator light 16 is arranged at a position where it can be seen from the outside of the aircraft. The lighting of the indicator light 16 continues while the temperature of the first temperature detection element 12 is higher than the output reference temperature, and when the temperature of the first temperature detection element 12 decreases, the temperature detection circuit 15 stops outputting to the indicator light 16. The indicator light 16 goes out. According to experiments, extraction is completed when the temperature of the first temperature detecting element 12 drops by about 20° C., so the output reference temperature is set in the temperature detecting circuit 15 to reach this temperature.

The operation of the above configuration will be explained with reference to FIG. When water is poured from the water supply port 11a, water flows into the container 1 from the first opening 5a of the tank 5 via the water supply vibro. When the water level in the container 1 rises and the water is supplied above the water guide vibrator 8, the water in the container 1 is drained through the water guide vibrator 8 from the discharge port 8b. When the water is drained and the water level drops to the same level as the water intake port 8a, air is simultaneously entering the container 1 from the air cylinder 7, so air also enters the water guide pipe 8 from the water intake port 8a, and the water guide pipe 8, the siphon principle no longer works and drainage stops. In this state, when electricity is passed through the heating element 2 to heat it, the water in the container 1 is heated. When the water temperature rises to about 95° C., the temperature reaches the set temperature of the temperature regulator 3, and the temperature regulator 3 operates to stop supplying electricity to the heating element 2. After that, coffee powder is placed in the basket 9 and water is supplied again from the water supply port 11a, and the heated hot water in the container 1 is discharged from the discharge port 8b via the water guide vibrator 8, and the hot water in the basket 9 is The coffee liquid is poured onto the coffee grounds and dripped into the decanter 10. Since the temperature detection element 12 of this brewing box 1 is placed inside the water guide vibrator 8, the temperature rises when extraction starts, and the second temperature detection element detects the temperature inside the container 1. 1
Since the temperature is higher than the output reference temperature set in step 4, the temperature detection circuit 15 energizes the indicator lamp 16 and turns on the indicator lamp 16. As the hot water passes through the water guiding vibrator 8, the temperature of the first temperature detecting element 12 gradually decreases, and the extraction of coffee in the basket 9 is completed. When the temperature of the first temperature detection element 12 falls below the output reference temperature, the temperature detection circuit 15 stops outputting to the indicator lamp 16, and the indicator lamp turns off. Therefore, the indicator light 16 can indicate that the extraction process is in progress.

Furthermore, when water for extraction is poured into the container 1, the temperature of the water in the container 1 drops rapidly in the lower part of the container 1, but only gradually in the upper part of the container 1. For this reason, the temperature of the second temperature detection element 14 disposed at the top of the container 1 does not drop much during coffee extraction, and therefore the output reference temperature changes only slightly.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention operates based on the outputs of the first temperature detection element placed in the water guide pipe during extraction and the second temperature detection element placed in the container. The indicator light blinks through the temperature detection circuit, and the second temperature detection element sets the output reference temperature of the temperature detection circuit, so the brewing display time does not change depending on the boiling temperature, and the coffee extraction time remains constant. The end time is determined by the time from the end of hot water dispensing, but since the first temperature detection element detects the temperature drop from the end of hot water dispensing, the time from the start of coffee extraction to the end of extraction is determined regardless of the amount of coffee extracted. This can be confirmed accurately by the lighting of the indicator light.

In addition, since the second temperature detection element detects the temperature near the top of the hot water, where the temperature of the hot water does not easily change, I think it is possible to obtain an extraction process display device that is faithful to coffee extraction.
It has great practical value.
