Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、容器の特に口縁が丸味をおびた容器にプラス
チックフィルムを密着シールさせる方法に関するもので
ある。
［従来の技術］ 口縁が丸味をおびたプラスチック容器にフィルムを溶断
したり、フィルムでシールした後に切断するとフイルム
の切断外径が容器の外径より大きくなり、体裁が悪《商
品価値が低下する．吸盤を用いて切断フイルムを容器に
当てて密閉するものは装置が大がかりとなって高価で望
ましくない。
［発明が解決しようとする課題］ 本発明の課題は前記の容器の縁に体裁良くフイルムをシ
ールすることができる方法を提供することにある． ［課題を解決するための手段］ 本発明の手段は次のとおりである． 帯状のプラスチックフィルムを、容器の縁の外径より大
径にならない程度の直径に、かつ僅少の切り残りが複数
箇所生じるように順次切込み、この切込んだ部分を、食
品類を充填した容器の上に位置させてシール盤により押
圧して切り残り部分を切り取り容器の縁に溶着すること
を特徴とするプラスチックフィルムによる容器のシール
方法． ［実　施　例］ 図面を参照して本発明の方法について説明すると、ｌは
機台を示し、容器Ａの搬送コンベア２をブーリー３，４
により懸架し、その上に容器供給機５、容器有無検出機
６、充填機７、フィルム打抜装置８、シール盤２１．２
１をもつ第１、第２シール装置９，１０、冷却装置１１
、フイルム分離ローラー１２、容器排出装置１３及び容
器排出コンベア１４を順次設ける。１７はフィルムボビ
ン掛け、１６はフィルム繰出しローラー　１５はプラス
チックフィルム巻取装置、１８は操作盤である。
本発明においてはフイルム打抜装置８に装備した切断刃
１９の径は容器八の口縁の形状寸法と同形同寸法または
稍々小径に切断すると共に、第５図に示すようにフィル
ムＦに切断残りＤが生じるように刃先のない部分２０を
４ｆＭ所形成し、切断刃１９による切断時にフイルム打
抜き形状が切断部分Ｃと残りＤができるようにし、切断
しても帯状フイルムから切り離されず、シール盤２１に
よりシールする際に残りＤは切られて容器Ａに切断フィ
ルムＦ′は密着させるのである。
［効　　　果］ 本発明によれば、口縁が丸味をおびた容器の密閉も体裁
良く行われる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本発明に係るプラスチックフィルムによる容器の
シール方法の一実施例を示したもので、第１図は平面図
、第２図は正面図、第３図は切断刃の縦断正面図、第４
図はシール盤の縦断正面図、第５図はフィルム打抜き形
状を示す平面図である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 帯状のプラスチックフィルムを、容器の縁の外径より大
    径にならない程度の直径に、かつ僅少の切り残りが複数
    箇所生じるように順次切込み、この切込んだ部分を、食
    品類を充填した容器の上に位置させてシール盤により押
    圧して切り残り部分を切り取り容器の縁に溶着すること
    を特徴とするプラスチックフィルムによる容器のシール
    方法。
