に、可塑剤を塩化ビニル樹脂より多量に含有して
なる樹脂組成物が塗布・乾燥固化せしめられて、
該シートの表裏両面が非滑性に形成されることを

する第２工程と、不織布シートの表面に前記裏面
の塗布物に対向同期して前記樹脂組成物の流動体
を塗布・乾燥固化せしめる第３工程と、表裏面に
樹脂組成物を乾燥固化された不織布を前記ベルト
帯から剥離する第４工程とを有して製造せしめら
