Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive lure having excellent preservability and keeping the taste of bait over a long period by using a highly water-absorbing resin as an active component. CONSTITUTION:A binder (e.g. ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer) is mixed into a highly water-absorbing resin such as a crosslinked polyacrylic acid salt having carboxylic acid residue in the molecule, a starch/acrylic acid copolymer and a modified isobutylene/maleic anhydride copolymer and the obtained mixture is formed in a prescribed form of a lure. The formed product 1a is immersed, in use, in a bait solution 2 containing sugared water, blood and body fluid of fish, soup of fish, chrysalis oil, etc., and the product swollen with absorbed bait solution 2 is used as a lure 16. The lure 16 shrinks in sea water by bonding with salt to slowly release the bait solution 2 and attract fishes near the lure.

[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a fishing lure that is inexpensive, does not have the filthy feeling of raw bait, and has a continuous attracting effect. [Prior art] Artificial baits (lures) are widely used for various types of fishing.
There are fish such as mackerel that can be lured with blue plastic pieces, and fish such as salmon, red sardines, and bass that can be caught with spoon-shaped metal pieces, but the most powerful fish are attracted to the shape of live bait, so the lures are also sophisticated. Therefore, the price is also high. Furthermore, fly fishing, which is customary for lure fishing in Western countries, does not suit Japanese tastes and requires space. Therefore, lures are not used much in fishing in Japan, and live bait is mostly used, but apart from vegetable baits for carp and dace such as white bread and sweet potatoes, ordinary live baits have no shelf life and Many of the shapes are grotesque and disgusting. Moreover, some types are not available or are very expensive. Moreover, when the needle is inserted, juice comes out and it is unclean. [Problems to be solved by the invention] Therefore, the problems to be solved by the present invention are to have a long shelf life, not to give a feeling of uncleanness, and to be able to impart the flavor of the bait for a long time. The idea is to provide artificial bait.

[Means for Solving the Problems] (1) Overview In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention resides in a bait lure containing a water-absorbing resin as an active ingredient. Hereinafter, various elements constituting the invention will be explained in terms of sections. C) Super absorbent resin The super absorbent resin in the present invention includes, for example, a crosslinked polyacrylate having a carboxylic acid residue (and optionally a hydroxyl group) in the molecule, a starch/acrylic acid salt) copolymer,
Examples include a modified isobutylene/maleic anhydride copolymer, a saponified vinyl acetate/acrylic ester copolymer, but the present invention is not limited to these. These resins have a network structure and have the ability to adsorb a large amount of water, several hundred times more than their own weight. These resins are utilized on their own or in compositions with urethane prepolymers containing terminal CNO groups. (3) Molding Since the superabsorbent resin itself does not melt, it is necessary to use a binder for molding. For example, by mixing this resin with a binder of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, or rubber such as SBR,
It is preferable to mold it into a predetermined lure shape by a known molding method suitable for each material, such as extrusion, injection molding, compression, or blowing. For example, a composition in which equal amounts of a crosslinked polyacrylate type superabsorbent resin and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer are mixed together is
It expands tens of times more than water. Therefore, when this composition is extruded through an elliptical orifice, it has an external shape similar to that of live bait isomes or lugworms, and can be used by winding it on a bobbin and cutting it as appropriate. However, in order to obtain a lure with a complicated shape, it is preferable to perform compression molding using a molding having an inner diameter that corresponds to the lure. As a result, by using the compression molding method, even complex shapes such as small fish, shrimp, crabs, and worms can be molded freely. Another method is to knead the superabsorbent resin powder with an alcohol solution of highly substituted methyl cellulose or a sizing agent such as ethyl cellulose, mold it using a molding method such as extrusion method or compression method, and then remove the solvent. There is a way to evaporate it. According to this method, a molded article with high W3 elongation can be obtained. In addition, if the fish can be attracted with the kneaded bait, it is sufficient to simply form the kneaded material into pellets. Yet another method is to make the lure shape from a flexible synthetic resin film, color it if necessary to resemble the appearance of live bait, and then
Water-absorbing resin particles may be applied to the surface using a glue. In addition, the blending ratio of super absorbent resin powder and binder resin etc. can be changed at a ratio of 1.9 to 9:1. For example, when the above ratio is 7 = 3, the expansion rate will be about 100 times. Become. 4) Attractant The artificial bait according to the present invention is basically used by soaking it in various live bait extracts at the fishing site and adsorbing the raw bait components, as shown in the example below. It is unnecessary to add agents. However, if necessary, an attractant such as pupa oil or fischmeal powder can be included. (5) How to use The artificial bait of the present invention is used by dipping it in a bait solution such as honey or sugar water and expanding it on site. Although it is necessary to pay attention to spoilage, if desired, animal components such as fish blood, body fluids, broth, waste liquid from canning seafood, pupa oil, etc. can be selectively used according to the tastes of the target fish. In addition, the excess artificial bait can be reused by washing and drying it. Moreover, since the bait of the present invention is much cheaper than live bait, it can be advantageously used as bait. [Function] Referring to FIG. 1 which explains the basic functions and effects of the lure of the present invention, when the bait 1a is immersed in the solid liquid 2, the super absorbent resin, which is a component thereof, absorbs a large amount of the solid liquid 2. It swells like 1b. Next, when this is soaked in seawater or the like as bait, instead of the bait itself combining with salt and shrinking as in 1c, the solid-liquid 2 gradually dissolves and attracts fish for a long time. In particular, if the shape is similar to live bait, it will appeal to the taste of layered fish, so baiting will be good. Moreover, since it is lightweight after drying and there is no risk of spoilage, you can enjoy fishing in exactly the same way as traditional live bait. [Examples] Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention will be explained using examples, but the examples are merely for explanation and do not mean any restriction or limitation on the idea of the invention. Example 1 Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer colored red (MI=
60) and a super absorbent resin (particle size of 50 μm or less) were mixed in a Banbury mixer at a ratio of 1:1, and then extruded into a thread form from an orifice with a diameter of 1 m/1 using an extruder with an internal temperature of 100°C. The obtained red filamentous molded body can be widely used as a substitute for earthworms by tearing it appropriately and immersing it in a solid liquid such as honey to swell it. Example 2 A mixture in which the blending ratio of the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and superabsorbent resin in the previous example was changed to 7=3 was compression molded at 100°C for 5 minutes in a small fish-shaped mold to form a fish-shaped mixture. obtained artificial bait. This stuff expands more than 100 times in water, so it can be used as an artificial bait instead of live bait. Example 3 A print resembling a squid was applied to both sides of a nonwoven fabric punched out in the shape of a fish, and a mixture of an ethyl cellulose solution and a superabsorbent resin was applied to both sides and dried. The obtained artificial bait was
When this is swollen with fish juice or the like, it has a slimy texture similar to that of live squid, so it can be used, for example, as a bait for trolling. (Margin below)
