Claims (1)
- 相対的に一方向に移動せしめられる原稿に対し
て、その移動方向に直交する走査方向に沿つて延
びる長尺のガラス基板上に、その長手方向に沿つ
て形成された共通電極と、該共通電極の上面に該
長手方向と垂直な方向から延びるように該長手方
向に関してほぼ等間隔に形成された個別電極と、
該個別電極と上記共通電極が互いに対向する領域
にてこれらの間に形成されたａ−Ｓｉ層とを備え
ることにより、上記長手方向に沿つてほぼ等間隔
で一列に並んだフオトダイオードが配設されてい
ると共に、上記ガラス基板の原稿とは反対側にて
上記フオトダイオードの上方に沿つて、ＬＥＤア
レイが配設されており、該ＬＥＤアレイからの光
が、ガラス基板の各フオトダイオードの間の領域
を透過して、密着している原稿を照明し、該原稿
の表面で反射された光が各フオトダイオードに入
射することにより、画像読取りが行なわれるよう
にしたことを特徴とする密着型画像読取り装置。
