(Prior Art) The present applicant has developed such a light-emitting display by arranging a large number of light-emitting elements in a row and connecting them to a plurality of conductive wires, and using a rod-shaped resin whose light-emitting surface is transparent at least. Various types of bendable light-emitting displays have already been proposed which are entirely encapsulated in a flexible envelope consisting of a filler.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) That is, since the above-mentioned light-emitting display does not undergo permanent deformation even when bent, it is difficult to maintain its bent shape even after bending. Therefore, the first
As shown in FIG. 0, when making a heart-shaped decorative lamp using the light-emitting display 100, a large number of fasteners 101 are used to keep the light-emitting display 100 in the shape of a heart. Display body 100
Each part must be fixed to the back windshield 50 of the automobile (or a support plate, a wall surface, etc.), and the fixing work using this large number of fasteners 101 is quite troublesome, and it is difficult to attach the parts directly to the glass surface. Fastening is impossible from the beginning, and a mounting portion must be formed on the glass 50 surface in advance.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, the present invention consists of a flexible envelope made of a rod-shaped resin filling whose light-emitting surface side is transparent, and a large number of wires connected by a plurality of conductive wires. In a light-emitting display body in which light-emitting elements are embedded in a row, a light-reflecting layer is formed on the back side of the flexible envelope opposite to the light-emitting surface side, and a light-reflecting layer is formed on the light-emitting surface of the flexible envelope. The gist is that a plurality of suction cups are provided at predetermined intervals in the length direction on the side or the surface opposite to the light emitting surface side.

(Function) With such a configuration, when the rod-shaped light-emitting display is bent into an arbitrary shape such as a heart shape, this bent shape is maintained by suction to the glass surface of the suction cup, that is, the light-emitting display is restored. This is prevented by the suction effect of the suction cup on the glass surface, and it becomes possible to maintain the shape of the light-emitting display in an arbitrary bent shape.

Further, on the light emitting surface 31 side of the flexible envelope 3, a plurality of circular or rectangular soft synthetic resin suction cups 4 are provided at predetermined intervals in the length direction. It is desirable that this suction cup 4 be transparent;
The structure of the mounting part is configured as shown in the figure, that is, a mounting part 41 having an annular groove 42 is integrally formed on the back side of the suction cup 4, and the light emitting surface 31 of the flexible envelope 3
A recess 33 that fits the attachment part 41 is formed on the side, and the attachment part 41 is elastically deformed and fitted into the recess 33, so that the suction cup 4 is attached to the flexible envelope 3. ing. Note that the attachment of the suction cup 4 to the flexible envelope 3 is not limited to the structure described above, but may be fixed with an adhesive, or by attaching the suction cup 4 to the flexible envelope 3 as shown in FIG. In particular, when the flexible envelope 3 is molded as shown in FIG. 6, the suction cup 4 is simultaneously molded from the same material, and as shown in FIG. The surface 31 may be curved concavely to form the suction cup 4.

However, the suction cup 4 may be provided on the back surface of the flexible envelope 3 on the side opposite to the light emitting surface 31. In this case, it is suitable for mounting on a support plate for neon signs, guide lights, etc. In this case, it is suitable for attachment to the inner surface of a transparent plate such as an automobile's back window glass or display glass.

However, when the light emitting display having the above structure is bent into an arbitrary shape and attached to the back window glass 5 of an automobile as shown in FIG. In this state, the flexible envelope 3 presses the suction cups 4 to compress and deform them, and the air in the suction cups 4 is pushed out to fix them by suction. It will retain its shape in a bent state.

Furthermore, since the light-emitting elements 1 are arranged almost along the center line of the flexible envelope 3, elongation due to bending of the light-emitting display body is difficult to apply to the light-emitting elements 1. There is no possibility of adverse effects, and reliability is improved.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, according to the light emitting display according to the invention, a plurality of conductive wires are connected within a flexible envelope made of a rod-shaped resin filler whose light-emitting surface side is transparent. In a light-emitting display body formed by embedding a large number of light-emitting elements in a row, a light-reflecting layer is formed on the back side of the flexible envelope opposite to the light-emitting surface side, and the flexible envelope Since a plurality of suction cups are provided at predetermined intervals in the length direction on the light-emitting surface side of the body or on the surface opposite to the light-emitting surface side, this rod-shaped flexible envelope can be shaped into any shape. By bending it, you can create original things such as brake lights or decorative lights of any shape on the back window glass or side window glass of a car.Moreover, the light emitting display can be bent at predetermined intervals along the length of the light emitting display. By sequentially adhering multiple suction cups provided on the glass surface to the glass surface, the bent shape of the light emitting display can be maintained in a predetermined shape, and there is no need for special and numerous mounting tools, making it extremely easy to install decorative lights. It can be made easily and efficiently.

Furthermore, since all the suction cups are provided on the light-emitting surface side of the flexible envelope or on the side opposite to the light-emitting surface side, it is possible to attach these suction cups to the back windshield or side window glass of a car. Therefore, the light-emitting display can be mounted with the light-emitting surface facing in a certain direction over its entire length.
This makes it possible to further improve the decorative effect.
