[Prior Art] There is a dynamic damper in which the upper and lower sides of a radiator are supported by the above-mentioned support cushions to suppress vibrations at the front of the vehicle. An example of such a radiator support cushion is shown in FIG. . The figure supports the upper surface of the radiator 4, and the support member includes a radiator-side support plate 2 that curves semicircularly along the outer circumference of the radiator upper tank 41, and a support member located above the support plate 2. death,
It consists of a body-side support plate 1 whose one end is fixed to a body panel (not shown), and a rubber elastic body 3 joined between these support plates 1 and 2.

With this structure, the radiator 4 can be attached to the vehicle body.
Since the radiator 4 is elastically supported at the top, when a large amplitude vibration is input, the radiator 4 vibrates resonantly in the vertical direction, effectively suppressing the vibration input.

Incidentally, in recent years, the height of the engine hood has been lowered from the viewpoint of the exterior design of the vehicle. This has become a hindrance. Therefore, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 62-36823,
A radiator support is disclosed in which the body side support plate is constructed of two stacked metal plates and a reinforcing flange is eliminated.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the support mechanism described in the above publication, the two metal plates are integrated in advance by welding, and when the rubber elastic body is vulcanized and bonded, it cannot be used as an anti-rust coating. Cationic electrodeposition coating is not possible,
Appearance may deteriorate due to rust formation.

[Means for solving the problem] To explain the configuration of the present invention with a diagram, the radiator 4
The radiator has a radiator side support plate 2 that supports the end surface of the main body and a body side support plate 1 that is fixed to the vehicle body, and a rubber elastic body 3 is arranged between these support plates 1 and 2. - In Tasa support,
The body-side support plate 1 is connected to a first plate member 11 made of synthetic resin and having excellent corrosion resistance, to which the rubber elastic body 3 is bonded.
and a second plate material 12 which is overlapped on the surface opposite to the joint surface of the first plate material 11 and is locked thereto, and which is coated with anti-rust coating.

[Operations and Effects] According to the present invention, the body-side support plate is constituted by the first plate member to which the rubber elastic body is joined, and the second plate member closely fixed to the first plate member, so that the above-mentioned effects can be achieved. The second plate material can be coated with anti-corrosion coating such as cationic electrodeposition coating, thereby preventing deterioration in appearance due to the occurrence of rust.

[First Embodiment] In FIG. 1, the radiator support includes a body side support plate 1, a radiator side support plate 2,
and a rubber elastic body 3 joined between these support plates 1 and 2. The radiator side support plate 2 is a thin plate that has a semicircular shape along the outer periphery of the hot tank 41 at the upper end of the radiator 4, and holds the hot tank 41. While being vulcanized and bonded, a part of the rubber layer is wrapped around the contact surface with the hot tank 41.

The body side support plate 1 is composed of a first plate member 11 and a second plate member 12 superimposed on the upper surface of the first plate member 11 (FIG. 2).
The first plate member 11 has the rubber elastic body 3 on the lower surface of the main body which curves concentrically with the radiator side support plate 2.
The upper end surface is vulcanized and bonded. The first plate material 11
is molded from a synthetic resin such as nylon with excellent corrosion resistance, and flanges 11a having a thickness of less than half the thickness of the plate are formed on both sides of the semicircularly curved plate (Fig. 3). A protrusion 112 is formed in the center of the first plate material 12 (FIG. 2).

The entire surface of the second plate 12 is coated with anti-rust coating by cationic electrodeposition, and a locking hole 122 is provided in the center of the curved main body. However, the first plate material 1
After the protrusion 112 of No. 1 is inserted into the locking hole 122 and the second plate material 12 is stacked on the upper surface of the first plate material 11 between the flanges 11a, the protrusion 1 is inserted by heat caulking.
12 is transformed into the first plate material 11 and the second plate material 12.

According to such a radiator support, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thickness of each of the plates 11 and 12 is made thinner than before, and reinforcing flanges are not necessary as in the above-mentioned embodiments, or the plate thickness is reduced. It is sufficient to install one with a height less than half of the radiator.
The overall height of the tab can be lowered.

Further, the second plate 12, which is visible when the engine hood is opened, can be coated with anti-rust coating in advance, and since the first plate 11 is made of a synthetic resin that does not cause rust, it has an extremely good appearance. Also, the joining of both plate materials 11 and 12 is easy.
