8 falls onto the water surface. The bean sprouts that have fallen onto the water surface of the receiving section 18 are moved to the downstream side of the receiving section 18 by the water flow injected from the water inlet 19, and are moved between the upper weirs 20 and lower weirs 21 that are arranged alternately as shown in FIG. The water flows in a meandering manner in the vertical direction as shown by the arrows in the figure, and heavy unnecessary substances attached to the bean sprouts settle to the bottom of the water tank 14 due to movement by the water flow and hitting the upper weir 20 and lower weir 21. However, a portion of the light particles is stopped by a weir and removed from the outlet 10 provided on the side, and a portion flows together with the bean sprouts and moves to the input section 22 at the downstream end of the water tank 14. Note that since this input section 22 is formed of punched metal, water falls into the tank 16 through the water receiving section 2'3, and bean sprouts and light unnecessary materials fall onto the flocking roller 31 of the flocking roller section 4. do. Note that the water supplied to the water tank 14 is stored in the tank 16, and is passed through a strainer 28 and a pump 17.
The water is then sent to the water inlet 19 via the hose 30, passes through the weir of the water tank 14, passes through the input section 22 at the downstream end of the water tank 14, the water receiving section 23, and returns to the tank 16, where it is used for circulation. There is. During the circulation, water that overflows from the water tank 14 and the like to the outside and becomes insufficient is replenished to the tank 16 as appropriate. The bean sprouts that have fallen onto the flocking roller 31 of the flocking roller section 4 are removed by the linear material 35 due to the rotation of the flocking roller 31.
Due to the friction with the bean sprouts, unnecessary materials such as straw, wood chips, hair, etc. attached to the bean sprouts are removed or divided into small pieces, and the upper part of the wire material 35 is expanded due to the contact between the unnecessary materials and the wire material 35. The unnecessary materials are pushed between the spread wire materials 35 by the rotation of the flocking roller 31, and the unnecessary materials are transferred to the wire materials 35.
The unwanted matter remains on the flocking roller 31 as a result of being entangled in the flocking roller 31, and the bean sprouts from which the unnecessary matter has been removed are conveyed from the upstream side to the downstream side of the flocking roller section 4 by the rotation of the flocking roller 31 and transferred to the belt conveyor 44 of the receiving section 5. and is fed into a receiving section (not shown) on the downstream side of the belt conveyor 44.
