粘着テープの外側に貼着された表皮とで構成し、 上記両面粘着テープには、多数の気泡を有しこ
の気泡が表面に開口した連続気泡タイプのアクリ
ル発泡シートから成るテープ基材の両面に粘着層
を設けたものを用いたことを特徴とするステアリ
ングホイール。
