及び燃料供給量調整手段側リンク部を介して燃料
供給量調整手段に上記操作力を加えるアクチユエ
ータと、上記車両がオートクルーズセツト信号に
基づく定速走行速度に保持されるのに必要な必要
アクセル踏み込み量を確保するように上記アクチ
ユエータを介して燃料供給量調整手段に初期制御
作動を行なわせるコントローラとを有し、上記コ
ントローラは初期制御処理に先立ち、現アクセル
踏み込み量が上記必要アクセル踏み込み量に規定
の余裕値を加算した境界値を下回り、かつ規定の
遅れ時間が経過したのを判断するよう構成された
