Abstract

PURPOSE:To sharply transfer fine patterns to the surface of a foil composed of a noble metal or the like by laminating transparent plastic to the single surface of a foil of a noble metal, a foil of a metal hard to generate rust or a foil prepared by plating or cladding the surface of the metal foil with a noble metal and laminating a plate formed by etching or engraving to the non-laminated surface of the foil and subjecting the whole to emboss-processing under pressure. CONSTITUTION:For example, gold is rolled into a thickness of 15mum by a six-stage roll and the rolled foil is cut into a a 18cm wide by 25.5cm long dimension to form a gold foil 1 having a B-5 size. Next, a polyethylene sheet 2 of 100mum is bonded to the single surface of the gold foil 2 under heating and pressure to form a single surface laminated sheet 3. Subsequently, the surface of the gold foil 1 of the single surface laminated sheet 3 is superposed on a copper embossed plate 4 having a B-5 size to which a portrait is formed by photoengraving and a polyethylene sheet 5 having thickness of 1mm is superposed on the polyethylene sheet 2 of the single surface laminated sheet 3 as a cushion material and the whole is set to the base 6 of a hydraulic press and held under pressure of 300 ton at room temp. for 10sec and the patterns of the copper embossed plate 4 are transferred to the gold foil 1 to prepare a relief like decorative card.

(As a prior art, there is Japanese Utility Model Application No. 64-50927.) (Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, using an intaglio plate made from photographs of people, buildings, etc. onto a metal plate, heat or pressure In the case of a metal card like the one mentioned above, in which an intaglio pattern is embossed and transferred onto a foil with laminated layers on both sides, the holes created by the etching of the plate are at most 20 to 50 microns, so it is not clear. I was unable to obtain a clear image, and I was unable to obtain anything other than very simple letter-like markings.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method for producing a relief-like decorative card of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a relief-like decorative card of the present invention. One side of a foil plated or clad with precious metal is laminated with transparent plastic to reinforce it, and then a plate made by etching or engraving is applied to the unlaminated metal surface, pressure is applied, and the image is transferred by enphos processing. It is characterized by this.

(Function) As mentioned above, in the method for producing a relief-like decorative card of the present invention, the metal surface that is not laminated is directly pressed against the plate, and the plate is transferred by enphos processing.
A clear image can be obtained even with the unevenness of the fine pattern of a plate of ~50 microns, and fine expressions such as hair lines and shading are not disturbed.

First, to explain an example, gold was rolled to a thickness of 15 microns with a 6-high roll, and the width was 18 cm and the length was 25.5 cm.
It was cut into cm pieces to create B-5 size gold foil l as shown in Figure 1a. Next, a polyethylene sheet 2 of <100 microns was bonded under heat to one side of this gold foil 1 as shown in FIG. 1 to produce a single-sided laminate sheet 3. Next, Figure 1 C, in which a person/portrait was created in advance by photolithography.
The gold foil 1 side of the single-sided laminate sheet 3 is placed on top of the B-5 size copper intaglio plate 4 shown in the figure, and a polyethylene sheet 5 with a thickness of 1 mm is layered on top of the polyethylene sheet 2 of the single-sided laminate sheet 3 as a cushioning material. This was then set on the base 6 of a hydraulic press as shown in Fig. 1d, and a pressure of 300 tons was applied for 10 seconds at room temperature to transfer the pattern of the copper intaglio 4 onto the gold foil 1 to form a relief-like decorative card. It was created.

Next, a double-sided laminate sheet 3' was superimposed on the B-5 size copper intaglio plate 4 shown in FIG. This was set on the base 6 of a hydraulic press as shown in Fig. 2d, and a pressure of 300 tons was applied for 10 seconds at room temperature to transfer the pattern of the copper intaglio 4 onto the gold foil 1 to create a relief-like decorative card. did.

Since the relief-like decorative card of this example has no laminate film on its surface, the luster of pure gold is not impaired, and it can be fully used as an interior decoration. Furthermore, the relief-like decorative card of this example has rigidity by thermocompression-bonding a polyethylene sheet onto the surface of the gold foil l, so that it can be placed in a frame or the like and handled in the same way as a photograph.

Although the above embodiment is a case in which a person/portrait is transferred from a copper intaglio plate 4 created by photolithography to a gold foil l, the present invention is not limited to this. Photographs and paintings of buildings, landscapes, etc.
Characters, etc. may be transferred to gold foil from a copper intaglio plate created by photolithography. Further, the plate may be created by engraving. Furthermore, although the above examples are transfers to gold foil, the transfer is not limited to gold foil (other precious metal foils, foils of metals that do not easily rust, or plated or clad precious metals on the surface of foils that do not easily rust) It is also possible to transfer it to a coated foil.

(Effects of the Invention) As can be seen from the above explanation, the method for manufacturing a relief-like decorative card of the present invention is to
Since the plate is transferred by applying pressure directly to the plate and embossing it, a clear image can be obtained even if a fine pattern with unevenness of 20 to 50 microns is used on the plate. Moreover, in the case of precious metal foil, it is glossy. It has the effect of obtaining valuable ornaments without damaging it.
