Abstract

PURPOSE:To conceal a magnetic part and make a hologram surface flush with a card surface by transferring a hologram transfer sheet consisting of a parting layer, a hologram formation layer, a metal evaporation layer and an adhesive layer laminated sequentially to the surface of a magnetic part formed on a base in advance, then concealing the magnetic part and applying a hologram for prevention of forgery. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet is formed by laminating a parting layer, a hologram formation layer, a hologram 6, a metal evaporation layer 5, a resin layer 4 and an adhesive layer 3 sequentially a support film 9 which is a base film. An image is trans ferred to the surface of a magnetic part 2 of a transfer medium by placing a hologram transfer sheet adhesive layer 3 over said magnetic part 2 and heating these part 2 and layer 3 placed together under pressure. After transfer, the support film is peeled off and a coloring layer 10 is laminated over the parting layer 8. It is possible to form a fine pattern which is difficult to form with a hot stamp as a pattern on the coloring layer 10 excepting the magnetic part area. After this, the surface of the coloring layer 10 is made flush with the surface of the parting layer 8 where a holo gram image is visible by heating under pressure. Thus the magnetic part which is a background can be concealed by the metal evaporation layer of the hologram trans fer sheet.
