21にその全長にわたって放射状に植設されたブラシ2
3とからなるもので、ギアードモータ20が回転する時

印で示す方向の回転、つまりハウジング3外周側から下

面に設けられたギア部17とかみ合って円盤12の回転
で回転軸21を回転させる回転伝達部27が設けられて
