平均粒径が10μm超では解凍時にフレーバーの飛散が
生じ、逆に1μm未満では舌触りが重い、ブロック状の
成形は、加熱溶解した7・ヘタ−やマーガリン等に食用
油及び調味資材を混合し、好ましくは乳化したものを冷
却固化する際に、これを成形型で行なって同時にブロッ
ク状に成形してもよいし、冷却固化し更に好ましくは捏
和したものを裁断してブロック状に成形してもよい、調
味油脂をブロック状に成形することによって、その冷凍
品を電子レンジで解凍する際の油焼けやフレーバーの飛
散を防止することができる。混合する調味資材には特に
制限はないが、これには例えば、鮭肉、たら子、梅肉5
 しそ、バジリコ及びマスタードから選ばれる1種又は
2種以上並びに食塩やその他の調味料類がある。

及び調味資材を混合乳化したものである請求項1又は2

及び調味資材を混合乳化して冷却固化した後に捏和した
