When designing or assembling such a clean room, it is required that not only the air introduced into the clean room be clean, but also that the floor, walls, etc. be made of materials that do not generate dust.

No matter how good the parts are, if they are installed incorrectly, the expected performance will not be obtained.

A large number of base materials 1, 1' of a partition wall are arranged in the horizontal direction with joints 2 interposed between each of them. For example, the base materials 1 and 1' have a thickness of 60 mm.
A glass fiber reinforced foamed gypsum board with a width of 600 mm and a length of 4 m is used. Joint 2 is 5~ of base material 1, 1'
One part of every 10 walls is made of a stretchable material such as rock wool, so that if the building undergoes some kind of distortion or deformation, the deformation will be absorbed so as not to adversely affect the partition walls. In addition, the elastic joint 2 is made to protrude from the center toward each of the base materials 1 and 1' so as to have a cross-shaped cross section, and the protruding portion 2a is also filled with an elastic material to form the base materials 1 and 1'. It is also designed to absorb vertical deformation. Further, the outer surface of the joint 2 is filled with an elastic sealing material 3 so as to be flush with the outer surface of the base materials 1 and 1'.

Each panel receiver 4, 4' is fixed by bolts 5, 5' passing through 1'. Panel support 4, 4'
The lower end protrudes forward in an L-shape, and is adapted to receive decorative surface materials 6, 6' to be described later. Note that only the panel support 4 on the left side in Figure 2 has joint 2.
The other panel support 4' is fixed at a distance from the joint 2 so as not to prevent the covering material 14 from moving when the joint 2 is deformed, as will be described later.

A gypsum board with a diameter of 1.5 mm is used, and decorative boards 9 and 9' made of melamine-baked steel sheets with a thickness of about 0.8 mm are laminated on the surface of the board.
8' to the joint side, and V-shaped portions 10, 10' are provided at the ends thereof to abut against the panel receivers 4, 4'. In other words, bonding with the adhesive 7 is performed on the backing materials 8, 8' in the intermediate portion. In addition, panel support 4,
Reinforcing material 11,
11' is inserted so that the outer end surface of the reinforcing material near the joint comes into contact with the inside of the V-shaped parts 10, 10' of the decorative board. And the decorative plate 9' on the right side of Fig. 2
An M-shaped metal fitting 12 is placed between the V-shaped portion 10' and the panel receiver 4', and is fixed to the panel receiver 4' and the base material 1' with screws 13. The V-shaped portion 10 of the other decorative board 9 has a free end relative to the panel receiver 4.

It is fixed to the panel support 4 and the joint 2. The outside of the M-shaped fitting 15 is filled with an elastic sealing material 17 to provide a coating with a smooth surface suitable for expansion joints in a clean room. Both ends of the covering material 14 are folded inward and in contact with the decorative boards 9, 9'. Both ends of the covering material 14 are filled with an elastic sealing material 18 to prevent internal dust and the like from coming out through that part.

切壁に有効適切である。 The dust-proof structure of the joint part of the elastic partition wall of the present invention is as described above, and even if the elastic joint is deformed, the covering material will reliably cover the joint part and overlap with the decorative surface material. Since the position can be changed, it is possible to accurately block the entry and exit of dust, etc. Also, the middle part of each decorative surface material can be glued to the base material, and one end located at the joint can be attached to the base material with screws. Since it is fixed and the other end located at the joint part is a free end, even if the coefficient of thermal expansion of the decorative surface material and the base material differ, it can be matched without any problem.
For each cosmetic surface material, materials that do not generate dust, materials that do not attract dust particles due to static electricity, and materials that have few physical irregularities that can cause dust retention can be used without problems, and conventional materials can be used without problems. Therefore, it is effective and suitable for clean room partition walls.
