[Background Art] In recent years, sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building boards have been provided that have small sound-absorbing holes on the front side and a sound-insulating sheet on the back side, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-5214. When the boards are lined up and pasted,
There has not been much consideration given to the sound insulation between adjacent sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building boards. For this reason, there was a problem in that sound leaked from the joints, which were the joints between adjacent sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building boards, resulting in poor sound insulation at the joints.

[Disclosure of the Invention] Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The fiberboard 1 is made of a mineral fiberboard such as rock wool or glass wool, or a vegetable fiberboard such as an insulation board, and a large number of sound-absorbing small holes 2, 2, . . . are provided on its surface side. Furthermore, a fitting convex portion 4 is formed on one side end surface of the fiber board 1, and a fitting recess 5 is formed on the other side end surface.
A sound insulating sheet 3 is pasted on the entire back side of the fiberboard 1 to form a sound absorbing and sound insulating building board X as shown in FIG.
It forms the As the sound insulation sheet 3, a metal sheet such as lead or iron, a plastic sheet such as polyvinyl chloride or rubber, etc. can be used, and a thin one with a thickness of 0.1 to 1 mm and an areal density of 0.5 to 5.
Kg/m 2 (preferably 2 to 4 Kg/m 2 ) is preferably used. In the case of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the end of the sound insulating sheet 3 is extended from the root of the projection of the fitting projection 4 to the tip side of the projection. 6 is placed along the root of the convex portion and the side surface on the back side of the convex portion.

By the way, the sound transmission loss and sound absorption coefficient of a 12 mm thick rock wool board A with sound absorbing small holes are as shown in Figure 5 a and b, respectively, and this rock wool board was lined with a 0.3 mm thick lead sheet. Thing B
The sound transmission loss and sound absorption coefficient of C, which is made by backing this rock wool board with a 1.5 mm thick polyvinyl chloride sheet, are also shown in Figures 5a and 5b. As a result, the sound absorption coefficient is almost the same whether the sound insulation sheet is pasted or not, but the sound transmission loss of B and C with the sound insulation sheet pasted is greater than that of A without the sound insulation sheet. It can be seen that it is excellent. Therefore, it is confirmed that the sound absorbing and sound insulating building board X of the present invention can ensure sound absorbing properties without impairing sound insulating properties.

As shown in FIG. 2, the sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building boards
The sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building boards X are connected to each other by fitting the fitting convex portion 4 of one sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building board X to the fitting recess 5 of the other sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building board X. be. Here, as shown in FIG.
The extending portion extends as a free end from the side end of the sound insulating sheet 3 on the side, and when connecting the sound absorbing and sound insulating building boards The sound insulating sheet 3 is sandwiched between the tip edge of the fitting recess 5 and the rear surface of the convex portion and the inner surface of the fitting recess 5 to eliminate gaps at the joints. . Therefore, by interposing the sound insulating sheet 3 between the joints of both sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building boards X, it is possible to prevent the sound insulation from deteriorating at the joints. As described above, this construction method is particularly suitable for piano rooms and bedrooms in ordinary homes, offices in factories and buildings, etc. due to its excellent sound insulation properties.

In FIG. 3, the side end of the sound insulating sheet 3 on the side of the fitting recess 5 is extended so as to protrude from the tip edge of the fitting recess to form an extension part 7. This extending portion 7 is arranged along the tip edge and inner surface of the fitting recess 5. In this case as well, when connecting the sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building boards The sound insulating sheet 3 is sandwiched between the surface and the inner surface of the fitting recess 5 to eliminate gaps at the joint.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention uses a sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building board formed by providing a large number of sound-absorbing small holes on the front side of the fiberboard and pasting a sound-insulating sheet on the back side of the fiberboard. Not only does it have excellent sound absorption properties due to the small sound absorption holes, but it also has excellent sound insulation properties due to the sound insulation sheet. It can maintain sound absorption properties without reducing sound insulation properties, and can satisfy both sound insulation and sound absorption performance. It is something. Moreover, the sound insulation sheet can reinforce the fiberboard, giving it excellent strength, and since the sound insulation sheet is already attached to the fiberboard, there is no need to use any special sound insulation material as a base during installation. It is something. Furthermore, the side ends of the pair of sound-absorbing and sound-insulating building boards are connected to each other by the fitting of the fitting protrusion and the fitting recess, and on at least one side from the fitting protrusion side to the fitting recess side,
In the case of a fitting convex part, the sound insulating sheet is extended so as to protrude from the root of the convex part, and in the case of a fitting recess, it protrudes from the tip edge, and the extending part of the sound insulating sheet is at least connected to the root of the fitting convex part and the fitting concave part. The extension of the sound insulating sheet is sandwiched between the joints, which are the fitting connection parts of both sound absorbing and sound insulating building boards, creating a gap at the connection part. At the same time, the extended portion of the sound insulating sheet is interposed in the thickness direction of the sound absorbing and sound insulating building boards, so that the joint portions of both sound absorbing and sound insulating building boards can be prevented from deteriorating the sound insulation properties of the joint portions by the extended portions of the sound insulating sheet. Because of its excellent sound insulation properties, this construction method is particularly suitable for piano rooms and bedrooms in ordinary homes, offices in factories and buildings, etc. In addition, it is possible to prevent the sound insulation at the joint from deteriorating simply by interposing the extension of the sound insulation sheet at the joint and fitting the fitting protrusion and the fitting recess. There is no need to use any members, and workability can be improved. In addition, the extension of the sound insulation sheet functions to eliminate gaps caused by dimensional errors between the fitting protrusion and the fitting recess, and furthermore, the extension of the sound insulation sheet acts as a cushion for the fitting part. It also serves to protect the fitting protrusion and fitting recess from chipping and cracking.
