がある。In addition, installing a steam recovery pipe inside the refueling pipe or refueling hose is dangerous in terms of fire prevention, as if the refueling pipe or refueling hose ruptures due to aging, the fuel will be scattered around and explode due to fire. Needless to say, there are some problems.

By doing so, the problem was solved by making it possible to insert the pipe into the buried oil supply pipe, making the inside of the pipe a fuel passage, and making the space between the pipe in the buried oil supply pipe a steam passage.

のである。(Function) According to the present invention, a pipe is inserted into a buried oil supply pipe connecting an underground oil storage tank and a remote oil supply port, and the tip of the pipe is projected into the underground oil storage tank. By providing a branch pipe from the end of the manhole on the underground oil storage tank side and connecting it to the other pipe, the space inside the underground oil storage tank and the buried oil supply piping are integrally formed and communicated with each other, whereby the underground oil storage tank is connected to the other pipe. The steam stored in the tank is discharged at the same time as fuel is filled into the underground oil storage tank, passes through the other pipe and the branch pipe, and flows between the pipe and the underground oil supply pipe, The steam travels toward the remote oil filler port and is collected from the remote oil filler port into a desired container.

く。By providing a branch pipe 8 from the branch end 7 in the manhole 6 on the underground oil storage tank 1 side and connecting it to the other pipe 9, the space inside the underground oil storage tank 1 and the buried oil supply pipe 3 are integrally formed and communicated with each other. The steam 5 stored in the underground oil storage tank 1 is discharged from the other pipe 9 at the same time as filling the underground oil storage tank 1 with fuel 1O, passes through the branch pipe 8, and is transferred to the pipe 4 in the underground oil filling pipe 3. The steam 5 flows toward the remote oil filler port 2 and is collected from the remote oil filler port 2 into a required container. At this time, the valve 12 of the ventilation pipe 11 is kept closed.
