面側に第3図(b)に示すようにアース電極25を形成

発明の効果
以上のように本発明によれば、共振用スパイラル状電極

成することにより、表面層と裏面層を有効に使用するこ
とができ、電圧制御発振器の超小型化が可能となる。又
発振部品とバッファ部品を内層のアース電極によってシ
ールドしているので発振器の特性の悪化が防止でき高安
