Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the outer circumference of a film sheet from being exposed out of a frame by providing a first and a second movable members constituting a cavity, whose capacity is variable and which is connected to an injection port, in such a way as to leave, or come closer to, each face of the film sheet. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 13 connected to an injection port 10 is formed by the opposed faces of both of a movable member 11 opposed to one outer circumferential face of a film sheet 6 and a movable member 12 opposed to the other face thereof. A molten resin is injected into the cavity 13 through the injection port 10 and, after the resin is cooled, the cavity 13 is set to have a predetermined capacity by moving the movable members 11, 12 with adjusting bars 14, 15. In this case, the resin connected to the injection port 10 is pulled under the condition of being engaged by a wedge 11a of the movable member 11 and is then cut off, so that the resin 20 partly remains on the movable member 11 side and partly remains on the film sheet 6 in a state that a reinforcing member 21 is fixed thereto. Then, a molten resin is injected through the injection port 11 to form a frame 7 and, by vertically moving the movable members 11, 12 after the resin is cooled, both molds 8, 9 and a holding member 4 are opened to take out a molded product. By this method, the outer circumference of the film sheet can be prevented from being exposed out of the frame.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A molding apparatus according to the present invention includes a first mold having a first contact portion that contacts one surface of the membrane plate while leaving the outer periphery of the membrane plate; A second mold is arranged to face the mold and cooperate with the first mold to form a resin injection port, and a second mold is arranged to face the first abutting part to form a membrane plate, leaving the outer periphery of the membrane plate. It has a 20th contact part that comes into contact with the other surface of the plate, and is supported by the second mold to move the membrane plate to the first
A holding member is placed on the outer periphery of each contact portion so that it can face one side of the outer periphery of the membrane plate or the other side of the membrane plate, and the holding member presses against the contact portion of the membrane plate. The first moving member connected to the injection port and having a variable capacity has a second moving member.
