Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽内に純水を供給して洗浄を行う洗浄装置
において、上記洗浄槽内に設置したカセツトが有
する溝間から、カセツト内に収納したウエハの一
部に接するように配置した回転ローラを、カセツ
ト設置台の下部に設けるとともに、上記回転ロー
ラが洗浄開始にともない上記ウエハをカセツトか
ら押上げて浮かせ、回転させるような駆動装置を
設けたことを特徴とする洗浄装置。
