When the foaming compound or resin stock solution is injected from the injection port of the upper mold, the foaming compound or resin stock solution impregnates the wadding 2b on the back side of the second skin material irregularly, forming impregnated parts 5 of different hardness. is,
The feel of the skin material 2 was significantly deteriorated.

The purpose is to provide an integrally molded product consisting of a skin material and a pad material that can improve seating comfort. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and consists of disposing a skin material on a lower mold, injecting a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin into the inside of the skin material, and In an integrally molded product of the skin material and pad material, which is formed by foaming or shaping the pad material integrally with the skin material while the upper mold is fitted to the mold, the skin material is formed by dividing each part into parts. The foamed composite material is formed by sewing and is placed on the inside of the skin material disposed on the lower mold, where the foamed composite material is injected, and where the resin stock solution is injected, and the foamed composite material is formed on the back side of the partially formed skin material. It is characterized in that a film for preventing impregnation of the resin stock solution is bonded.

When the film 16 for preventing impregnation of the undiluted solution of foamed composite or resin is bonded to the back side of the skin material 12 of e.
2 is placed in the lower mold (not shown) of a foam molding mold, and an injection port 21 for the foamed resin stock solution is positioned above the impregnation prevention film l6, and the injection port 21 is directed toward the film 16. When the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin is injected into the inside of the skin material 12, the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin is received on the film 16, and while foaming, it is applied to other parts of the skin material 12, for example, the main part 12.
Since it spreads toward the a side, the amount of impregnation in the main part 12a can be significantly reduced, and there is no risk of impregnation in the central part 12e due to the bonding of the film 16, and the pad is formed by the foaming process or the foaming cure of the resin stock solution. The material is the skin material 12
It is formed into a certain shape while being integrally joined with.

A film for preventing impregnation is bonded to the back side of a part of the skin material formed in sections, and the part of the skin material to which the film for preventing impregnation is bonded is joined by sewing. The skin material is formed by bonding the film to the entire back side of the skin material, and the amount of film used can be significantly reduced compared to the case where the film is bonded to the entire back side of the skin material. Compared to the previous version, the seated person does not feel the difference in level, which improves the seating feeling.
In addition, there is no risk of it being difficult to identify the attached part as is the case when joining small films together, and since the film is sewn, there is no risk of it falling off compared to non-sewn films. Since irregular impregnated parts are not formed in the wadding, it is possible to obtain an integrally molded product of the skin material and pad material, which allows the wadding to be formed into a thin shape.
