Abstract

Here an insulating plate 8, composed of rubber, is integrally secured so as to enclose the glass piece 6 to the periphery 9 of the terminal pin 5 and the inside of the metal outer ring 4. In this way, generation of a spark is surely prevented even when sticking matter of metal dust or the like is provided between the terminal pin 5 and the metal outer ring 4 by separating the distance therebetween.
