Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent any insulation failure in a conductive pin connecting part by covering the connecting part between a conductive pin and a lead wire and an insulating member with insulable resin with heat resistance, and making this resin stick fast to an inner surface of a metallic outer ring. CONSTITUTION:A feeding terminal 3 is installed in an opening 2 installed in a part of a hermetically sealed vessel 1. This feeding terminal 3 is provided with a metallic outer ring 6 being fitted in the opening 2 and a conductive pin being supported by this metallic outer ring 6 via a glass sealing part 5, and connected to a lead wire 9 out of an inner part of the hermetically sealed vessel 1. Here, a connecting part between the conductive pin 4 and the lead wire 9 and the glass sealing part 5 are covered with heat resisting insulating rubber 11. Then, this insulating rubber 11 is stuck close to an inner surface of the metallic outer ring 6. With this constitution, any possible insulating failure in the connecting part 4a of the conductive pin 4 is thus preventable.

、短絡電流が流れ多くの危険を招くことがある。
