    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸方向の少なくとも２ケ所に永久磁石を有する
    スピンドルと、該永久磁石に対向する位置に該永
    久磁石と所要間隙を設けて配置される永久磁石か
    らなるラジアル軸受とを有する磁気軸受装置に於
    て、スピンドル側端面に設けた突設部が当接する
    スラスト受けとしての平板を固体潤滑膜と硬質膜
    とを交互に重ね合せ、かつ固体潤滑膜を前記当接
    面に配置したことを特徴とする磁気軸受装置のス
    ピンドル支承装置。
