Conventionally, oil combustors are known in which a fuel pipe is attached to a pot with a large number of small holes in the side wall, and combustion air is supplied through the small holes to vaporize, mix, and burn fuel within the pot. The fuel supplied to the pot flows along the bottom of the pot and reaches the center, during which time the petroleum fuel is evaporated and combusted by air supplied from the small holes.

In pot-type oil combustors, the pot and auxiliary combustion device have a large heat capacity, and it takes a long time for the temperature of each part to become uniform.Furthermore, combustion air supplied from a blower flows outside the bottom of the pot, so it is constantly air-cooled. This caused the fuel to evaporate at the bottom of the pot. In addition, incomplete combustion gas is discharged until stable combustion is achieved, and there were many requests for a combustor that can achieve stable combustion within a short time after ignition operation.

This idea shortens the time from ignition to stable combustion by providing a large number of small holes 1' in the side wall.
An auxiliary combustion device 9 consisting of a disc or a ring plate is installed in the pot 1 with an open top, and a fuel pipe 5 supplies fuel to the inner bottom of the pot 1, and combustion air is supplied into the pot 1 from a small hole 1'. In an oil combustor equipped with a blower 6, an evaporating dish 3 whose peripheral edge is bent upward along the side wall of the pot is provided in the pot 1, and the evaporating dish 3 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 2 on the lower side. A preheating/ignition heater 7 is formed from the side wall of the pot 1 to form a gap with the bottom surface of the pot and above the evaporating dish 3, and the fuel pipe 5 extends into the pot 1 with its tip positioned above the evaporating dish 3. It is an oil combustor.

This device having the above configuration operates the blower 6 after energizing the preheating/ignition heater 7 for a certain period of time to supply combustion air into the pot 1 from the small hole 1', and at the same time drips fuel from the tip of the fuel pipe 5. supply. When the preheating/ignition heater 7 is energized, it becomes red hot and radiates heat rays to the surroundings, causing damage to the evaporating dish 3 and pot 1.
The side wall and auxiliary combustion device 9 are heated, and the fuel dripping from the tip of the fuel pipe 5 does not flow to the bottom of the pot 1, but is caught by the evaporation plate 3, and starts evaporation and combustion by the heat of the ignition heater 7, which also serves as preheating. be.

By the way, since the evaporating dish 3 has a dish shape with its periphery bent upward, and is separated from the bottom of the pot 1 by the protrusion 2, the evaporating dish 3 is evaporated by the radiant heat from the preheating ignition heater and the combustion flame. When the evaporating dish 3 is heated, this heat is not conducted to the bottom of the pot 1 and the evaporating dish 3 itself becomes high in temperature. Therefore, the fuel dropped into the evaporating dish 3 quickly vaporizes and stabilizes in a short time. It became possible to obtain a combustion condition that

As described above, in this invention, the evaporating dish 3 is attached to the bottom of the pot 1 through the gap, and the fuel pipe 5 is connected to the bottom of the pot 1.
Since it is extended inward and positioned above the evaporating dish 3, the evaporating dish 3 conducts almost no heat to the bottom surface of the pot 1 and can maintain a high temperature. In addition, since the fuel does not flow into the pot 1 but evaporates in the evaporating dish 3, the fuel evaporates quickly due to the action of the high-temperature evaporating dish 3, and the rise of combustion at the time of ignition is very quick. The transition to stable combustion now takes only a short time.

In addition, the combustion heat inside the pot 1 heats the evaporating dish 3, and since the bottom of the pot 1 no longer receives direct combustion heat, it is now possible to maintain the pot at a low temperature. It became possible to use inexpensive materials, and even if the evaporating dish 3 was added, the cost increase would be negligible.

また、予熱兼用点火ヒータの働きで蒸発皿3は

In addition, since the evaporator dish 3 is at a high temperature at the start of combustion due to the function of the preheating and ignition heater, it is possible to send a large amount of fuel immediately after ignition, similar to that during steady combustion, and this can occur when sending a small amount of fuel. This has the advantage of preventing fuel from turning into tar.
