DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Application in Industry 12) This IJI relates to a method for manufacturing a patterned resin JUT molded product and a patterned resin M scrap molded product. (Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention) Tree Ir
1'1! A type of I1 layer molded product includes a transparent gel coat elbow on the surface, a transparent IJJ FRPfi on the side, and its ↑
Lamination 4 that eliminates resin concrete debris on the side! There is an i-built resin laminate molded product. For oil-repellent molded products with this kind of laminated structure, the patterning method is as follows. The saw method is used, in which colored liquid resin is applied to the back of the FRP layer, and then the resin concrete underneath is formed. In the case of this force method, the pattern and accent of the pattern can be controlled. There were problems such as it was difficult to make a pattern, and the pattern patterns were limited, making it difficult to freely change them in various ways. In addition, with this method, because the pattern layer is located relatively shallower than the surface, the resulting pattern has a disadvantage in terms of depth. (Means for Solving the Three Problems) The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and the gist thereof is to provide a molding surface L of the first mold for shaping the appearance of a fat-repellent laminate molded product. Transparent or translucent gel coat waste is placed on the surface of the mold. While forming, a pattern forming body is pasted on a predetermined area on the molding surface of the second mold for back molding, and in this state, the circular molds are closed together to form the second mold. A resin concrete material is filled in the recess between the forming direction and the gel coat layer or the layer stacked thereon, thereby molding the resin concrete waste on the back side and molding the pattern forming body into the resin concrete layer. The reason is that the pattern is created by merging them into one. (Operation and Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is capable of pasting a pattern or body onto the surface of the second mold when shaping a resin waste molded product using the first mold and the second mold. Then, at the same time as the resin concrete b''+ molding, the pattern shape is exuded from the second mold, and it is integrated with the resin concrete layer and patterned. Here, the pattern forming body For example, oil-repellent pattern molded bodies that have been separately shaped in advance using a pattern mold, those that have a predetermined pattern printed on woven or unfinished material, and those that contain crushed grains of natural stone in resin. In this way, in the present invention, patterns are applied to a synthetic resin MW molded product using a separately created pattern pattern, so various patterns can be used. The pattern formation position can be freely controlled by selecting the white mountain, and by appropriately determining the attachment position of the pattern formation body to the second mold. The pattern is generally J of Meat Izo.
Because it is located on the back side of the resin concrete y, that is, at a depth d below the surface of the molded product, when viewed from the surface through the transparent or translucent gelco if and resin concrete layer. This creates a pattern with a sense of depth that could not previously be obtained, contributing to the improvement of the aesthetic appearance of resin JLIH molded products. (Example) Next, an example of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. In Fig. 2, reference numeral 10 is a washstand counter as a resin waste molded product, and as shown in Fig. 3, it consists of a gelcoe layer 2, an FRP layer 14 below it, and a resin concrete layer 16. and a pattern layer l8. The gel coat layer 12 has a thickness of 0.3 to 0.
.. A transparent or semi-transparent layer of about 8+g,
Made of unsaturated polyester resin, it provides smoothness, gloss, and durability for the washstand counter 10 as a decorative item. The FRP layer l4 as the second scrap has a J'/mi of 0.5 to 1
.. It is a transparent or semi-transparent elbow of about 5m+s, and is a layer made of glass fiber impregnated with liquid unsaturated polyester resin and then cured. Resin Concrete}Jfil
6 is a transparent or semi-transparent waste containing an inorganic or 141 filler in the grease removal process, and has a thickness of about 41 ioms, and this resin concrete layer 16 allows
A certain depth, Ml property, etc. are imparted to the washroom counter 10. The pattern row 18 here is a resin pattern molded body separately molded in advance using a pattern mold.
It is formed by being fused together with the back side of the. In this case, the texture of the pattern layer l8 is the same as that of the resin concrete layer l8.
9 can be kept to less than 70% of the thickness of 6! Delicious. Next, the specific manufacturing method for this washstand counter 10 will be explained based on Fig. 1. First, gel coat h on the molding surface-1 of the male mold (m-type) 20.
ηl2 is molded and cured, then FR is applied on top of it.
Laminate or shape the P layer l4 and harden it. Depending on the case, each of these i12.14 may be separately molded in advance and set in the L of the male die 20. Separately from this, a resin liquid for forming the pattern fil8 is poured into the four locations 24 of the pattern mold 22 to form it. As this resin liquid, for example, the above-mentioned resin concrete liquid may be used.
It is possible to use one or more pigments in the same material as 6, containing 1 part per 100 parts of resin concrete material. Next, the colored patterned molded body 26 is taken out from the mold 22 in a pupiled or semi-hardened state, turned upside down, and glued to a predetermined precept/metaphysical location of the female saint 28 with the smooth surface as the fixing surface. Attach using adhesive, etc. The patterned molded body 26 is
Instead of just one type, you may prepare multiple types and paste them. After the resin pattern molded body 26 is pasted onto the female mold 28 in this way, a predetermined amount of liquid resin concrete material 30 is poured into the gate of the female mold 28, and the male mold 20 and the female mold 28 are placed in the mold. Combine the resin concrete material 30 and
! 28 and m type 20, strictly speaking male type 207 FRP layer l4
Fill the gate between the two and pressurize it, then harden it. Once the resin concrete fil 6 has hardened, the male mold 20 and female mold 28 are separated and the impressive piece is taken out. According to this example, resin concrete}+'+ 1 6
(7) A pattern can be formed in a predetermined pattern at a predetermined position on the back side, and a uniform pattern can be formed for each product. Note that when molding the patterned molded body 26, air bubbles may be formed on its surface, but since the patterned molded body 26 is arranged with its surface facing upward in the wooden example, even if air bubbles remain. Even so, these air bubbles are not visible from the surface of the molded product, and the 7F flower of such air bubbles does not cause a deterioration in the appearance quality of the product. The following 1; is an example in which a separately molded resin pattern or shape is used as the pattern forming body, and as the pattern forming body, a predetermined pattern is printed on woven spring or non-woven fabric. Kotomo ir (Noh. Fourth cause and fifth cause)
The figure shows an example. In these figures, 32 is a pattern layer placed on the back side of the resin concrete layer 16, in which a pattern 34 as shown in FIG. It is a powerful form. Incidentally, this pattern waste 32 can be shaped by a method similar to that shown in FIG. - When a resin pattern or molded body 26 is used as a pattern forming body as in the L example, an elegant pattern can be obtained because the pattern molded body 26 has a certain thickness. If printed blood is used as a material, the pattern itself is flat, but it has the advantage of being able to more easily create various patterns. By the way, if such a printed piece is placed close to the surface of a molded product, not only will it be difficult to get a sense of the depth of the pattern, but the joints and outlines of the edges will become visible from the surface. However, in the wooden example, this printing spring is located at the deepest part of the resin concrete base 16, so the joint 11 of 4j and the outline of the periphery are not visible from the surface, so the pattern is Mfi smaller than the surrounding resin wood.
This has the advantage of not looking like a cow. Although the embodiments of the wooden invention have been described in detail below, the present invention 1 can be structured and implemented in other forms. For example, it is town Noh to use materials such as those made by laminating crushed grains of natural stone with resin or other materials as a pattern forming body, and if necessary, use a structure other than the one shown in the structure of the Sekii Kikari. It is also possible to do so. In addition, the present invention can be applied to bathtub aprons, the bathtub itself, and other resin molded products in addition to the above-mentioned washbasin counter, and various modifications have been made based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit thereof. 4. Explanation of the cylinder diameter on the 14th side Figure 1 is an explanatory diagram of the method for manufacturing a resin laminate molded product which is an example of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a washing counter obtained by the same method, and Fig. 3 is a sectional view of the main part of the washing counter.
