Conventional techniques and their problems Conventionally, there is a known method for producing patterned flat objects such as films, sheets, plates, etc., in which patterns are expressed by a transfer method using stamping foil. By applying hot-melt adhesive in the desired pattern on the side, pressing and heating a stamping foil without hot-melt adhesive on it, and transferring the transfer film of the stamping foil only to the adhesive area. The method of expressing the pattern is to apply a hot melt adhesive in the desired pattern shape to the surface of the transfer film of the stamping foil, press it onto a flat object and heat it, and then apply only the hot melt adhesive and the part. In this method, a stamping foil is coated with a hot-melt adhesive on the entire surface of the transfer film, and then hot-pressed with a press die such as an embossing roll from the side opposite to the transfer film, that is, the back side. There are two types of methods in which the pattern is expressed by partially transferring the transfer film under the blowing of the hot-melt adhesive of the stamping foil in the portion corresponding to the embossed pattern by the protrusion of the stamping die.

In the conventional methods described above and above, the outline of the transferred pattern is determined by the edge of the pattern of the hot melt adhesive, and the pattern formed by the hot melt adhesive is melted under pressure when the stamping foil is pressed and heated to form a flat object. Because the transferred surface of the hot melt adhesive is stretched, the edge of the pattern of the hot melt adhesive becomes irregular, and the outline of the resulting transferred pattern also lacks stability. When hot-melt adhesive is melted in a pattern that follows the pressure applied by the embossed pattern of the press mold, it is inevitable that the melted edges will melt and flow, and the outline of the transferred pattern will not be sharp. It becomes a broken thing. This means that with these conventional methods, it is not possible to provide a highly decorative composite transfer pattern even if the transfer is performed in multiple stages, primary and secondary. In other words, in order to duplicate the transfer, it is necessary to apply the pattern using a hot-melt adhesive for the previously applied transfer onto the previously applied transferred flat object, and this can be applied to the previously applied transferred pattern without skipping the pattern. As a practical matter, it is almost impossible industrially to apply a pattern that perfectly matches the previously applied transfer pattern because the outline of the previously applied transfer pattern lacks stability. The edges are specified as being separated from each other, and the pattern is limited to a relatively rough pattern, and in the method, the outline is a composite of transferred patterns that are not stable, so this method also does not skip patterns. In practice, it is impossible to overlap the later applied transfer pattern with the earlier applied transfer pattern in a form that exactly matches the pattern, and the only result that can be obtained is the same as in the case of .
This method also produces a result similar to that of the method, as the outline of the transferred pattern lacks sharpness and collapses.

Means for Solving the Problems The method of manufacturing a transparent planar object having a composite pattern according to the present invention uses a planar object such as a transparent film, sheet, or plate as a raw material, and adds color and gloss of a transfer film to the planar object such as a transparent film, sheet, or plate. Alternatively, a plurality of types of stamping foils, each of which is different and which has been masked with a desired pattern by coating the surface of the transfer film with a heat-infusible composition having mold releasability, may be used in an appropriate order, and a conventional method may be used. The material is heat-pressed and transferred overlappingly in multiple stages, primary and secondary, while imparting heat-fusion properties according to specifications, and a composite pattern with different color and/or gloss is created on the above material through these overlapping transfers. It is a feature.

Function In the present invention, as a stamping foil for performing the transfer, a stamping foil whose surface of the transfer film is coated with a heat-infusible composition having mold releasability to mask a desired pattern is used. When this is hot-pressed onto a flat object such as a film, sheet, or plate under heat-adhesive properties according to conventional specifications, a transfer film of the stamping foil forms on the surface of the flat object, forming the masking pattern. It will be heat-sealed in a shape with the contour defined according to the contour. The stability of the outline of the transferred pattern is ensured in the same way in the primary, secondary, and each subsequent transfer. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is guaranteed that the subsequently applied transfer pattern overlaps the previously applied transfer pattern in a state in which they are closely aligned without pattern skipping at the boundary between these designs. In addition, during the subsequent construction transfer, since the surface of the pattern of the planar object that was previously applied and transferred is inactive due to the release agent on the transfer film that makes up the pattern, the pattern of the previously applied transfer pattern is inactivated. There is no possibility that the post-implemented transfer pattern will overlap and be transferred on top. This means that the masking of the stamping foil used for post-construction transfer,
By having a contour that quickly responds to overlapping with the previously applied transfer pattern, the stability of the outline of the previously applied transfer pattern is effective in aligning the outline of the later applied transfer pattern exactly at the boundary of the design. It means to contribute to the goal of

As is clear from the above, the present invention overlaps the primary and secondary transfers onto a flat object in multiple stages, and the contours are set correctly, and the patterns are perfectly aligned without pattern skipping at the boundaries between the patterns. As a continuous pattern, the transferred pattern can be applied to a flat object in combination. Therefore, the transparent film, sheet, plate, etc. with a composite pattern produced by the method of the present invention is extremely useful. It has excellent decorative properties. Since the product according to the present invention is transparent, when it is a film or sheet, it is suitable as a packaging material that also serves as a decoration, as a decorative pasting paper for packaging containers, or as a foil material for textiles. Suitable for decorative transparent plates such as stained glass.

Furthermore, in the present invention, a composite pattern formed on a flat material by overlapping multi-stage transfer can be expressed in a good manner even if the pattern is delicate and/or elegant. The heat-infusible composition with releasability, which forms the masking on the surface of the transfer film of the stamping foil, is applied in liquid form to a delicate and/or elegant design pattern using an engraving roll or screen method. Therefore, even if the transferred pattern is delicate and/or elegant, it can be expressed as a well-defined pattern that follows the pattern tone of the masking pattern.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, by a transfer method using a stamping foil, it is possible to print the primary, secondary, and multi-stage images onto a planar material in a state where the pattern is perfectly aligned without skipping at the boundaries between designs. The pattern can be transferred overlappingly to the surface, thus ensuring good patterning which is superior in decorativeness and usefulness to the general transfer pattern appearance,
The transferred pattern itself can also be expressed as a fine pattern that is delicate and/or elegant.

These stamping foils 1, 2, and 3 are made of a heat-infusible composition with mold release ability, such as a silicone or tetrafluoroethylene resin mold release agent, or a thermosetting resin (such as melamine, acrylic, etc.). A desired pattern can be created by coating a mixture of silicone, epoxy, nitrocellulose-based resins, or resins containing two or more of these resin components, with or without the addition of an appropriate amount of silicone or tetrafluoroethylene resin. Masking 4, 5 and 6 are provided on the surface of the transfer film. Furthermore, the stamping foils 1, 2, and 3 have different transfer film colors and/or glosses.
