- 半導体レーザペレツトと、この半導体レーザペ
レツトに所定間隔離間して配置された光フアイバ
と、前記半導体レーザペレツトと光フアイバとの
間に配置された少なくとも１個の光フアイバ結合
用レンズとから構成される結合系を備えた半導体
レーザモジユールにおいて、この結合系中に、少
なくとも一方の面に減衰膜が形成されたガラス板
を挿入配置したことを特徴とする半導体レーザモ
ジユール。
