号公報−二開示されるものを出願した。かかる従来例で
は木材薄片に接着剤を塗布して圧締成形にてフリッチを
形成し、このフリッチをスライスして木質化粧単板を形

イスすることにより木質化粧単板4を形成することを特

数の色に染色したものがあり、色の異なる複数の原木フ
リッチ1 a、 1 b、 1 eが形成されるように

松模様のような模様を有する集成フリッチ10が形成さ
れる。この集成フリッチ10がスライスされて木質化粧
単板4が形成される。この木質化粧単板4は必要に応じ
て合板のような基板に接着され、また必要に応じて表面
に塗装される。ところで本発明において原木7 ’J−
/チ1の段階でWPC処理用の樹脂を含浸させたのは次
