Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the wrong operations of users of the title package at the time of inserting the package by making the light of a photo-interrupter not to be detected when the package is inserted by operating an ejector only and to be detected at the time of removing the package. CONSTITUTION:When this electronic circuit package 4 is completely inserted into the connector 6 of a back wiring board 7, both of an ejector 1 having an interrupting projection 2 and a standard ejector 5 are locked to a frame 9 and the projection 2 interrupts an optical path in a state where the projection 2 is completely engaged with a photo interrupter. By interrupting the optical path in such way, the insertion and removal of the package 4 can be detected.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an electronic circuit package, and more particularly to an electronic circuit package equipped with an ejector used to facilitate removal from a mounting rack.

In conventional electronic circuit packages, the package is mounted and removed using an ejector for fixing the package and a manual switch. In other words, conventionally, when a package is inserted or removed with the power turned on, the output buffer IC connected to the bus may temporarily go into a high or low state instead of a three-state state, resulting in malfunction. It was causing this.

As shown in FIG. 3, conventionally, a manual switch 10 was provided separately from the ejector 5 to set the output to three-state to prevent malfunction when inserting or removing the package 4, and the switch 10 must be turned on before removing the package 4. After setting it to high impedance, use this switch 10 when disconnecting or installing it.
Malfunctions due to incorrect insertion of the package 4 are prevented by inserting the package 4 in a state in which the package 4 is inserted, that is, in a high impedance state.

The electronic circuit package of the present invention includes an ejector having a shielding protrusion attached to the end portion for easy removal from the mounting rack, and a photo interrupter attached to the surface so as to be able to engage with the shielding protrusion of the ejector. The bottom of the tank is set so that when the photo-interrupter is inserted only by operating the ejector, the light from the photo-interrupter changes from a detection state to an undetected state, and when it is removed, the light changes from an undetected state to a detected state.

First, as shown in Figure 1 (a), the electronic circuit package 4 is completely attached to the back wiring boat 7 with the connector 6 mounted on one side and the connector pins 8 protruding from the opposite side. Before being mounted on the frame 9, the ejector 1 with a protrusion 1 having the shielding protrusion 2 rotatably attached to the end of the electronic circuit package 4 and the normal standard ejector 5 are not locked to the frame 9, and the shielding protrusion 2 is It is in a state where it is not completely engaged with the photo interrupter 3.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1(b), when the electronic circuit package 4 is completely inserted into the connector 6 of the back wiring board 7, the protrusion-equipped ejector 1 having the shielding protrusion 2 also becomes the standard ejector 5. Both are locked to the frame 9, and the shielding protrusion 2 of the ejector 1 completely engages with the photo interrupter 3 to block the optical path. By blocking the optical path in this way, insertion and removal of the package 4 can be detected.
