【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は3次元の溶接曲線を自動溶接し得るよ
うにした3次元曲線溶接装置に関するものであ
る。

直交する軸を中心として回転駆動し得るようにし
た回転テーブルに固着してなる溶接物移動機構
と、前記溶接物に向けた溶接トーチを上下方向及
び前記回転軸の軸心方向に移動可能に取り付けて
なるトーチ移動機構とから構成した。

溶接物移動側と、前記溶接物に向けた溶接トーチ
を上下方向及び前記回転軸の軸心方向に移動可能
に取り付けてなるトーチ移動側とから構成したの
で、3次元の溶接曲線を下向きで自動溶接するこ
とができ、溶接作業が簡易自動化され且つ良品質
の製品が確実に得られる等、種々の優れた効果を
奏し得る。
