In order to achieve the above object, the second-floor bus escape device of the present invention has a second-floor emergency door hinged to the lower edge of the second-floor emergency exit provided in the second-floor bus so as to be able to rotate downwardly outside the vehicle. Both ends of the second-floor emergency door in the width direction have a U-shape in which the ends face each other, and inside the second-floor emergency door there is a substantially flat plate that is guided to both ends of the second-floor emergency door. A footboard is provided that can slide freely in the vertical direction, and the free end side of the second floor emergency door is suspended from the upper part of the vehicle body with a rope to support the opened second floor emergency door at a certain angle of inclination.
When the second floor emergency door is opened, the second floor emergency door and the footboard automatically form a sloped passageway inclined diagonally downward.

In the present invention configured as described above, in an emergency, the second-floor emergency door is pushed toward the outside of the vehicle, and the lower edge of the second-floor emergency exit is pushed down toward the outside of the vehicle. Then, the tread slides under its own weight while being guided by both ends of the second floor emergency door, and on the other hand, the second floor emergency door is supported by the rope at a constant angle of inclination, so the second floor emergency door and the tread tilt diagonally downward. A sloped passage is formed. As a result, the second floor emergency exit and the ground level are communicated through the slope passage, and passengers can quickly escape from the vehicle by running down the slope passage.

自動的に形成することができる。 In FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, a second-floor emergency door 23 is hinged to the lower edge of a second-floor emergency exit 22 provided at the back of a second-floor bus 21 so as to be rotatable downward outside the vehicle. Both ends of the second floor emergency door 23 in the width direction are bent toward the inside of the vehicle in a U-shape, thereby forming a pair of grooves 25a and 25b within the ends. On the top surface of the bottom of the second floor emergency door 23, a plurality of anti-slip protrusions 28 are horizontally installed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction.
A pair of projecting pieces 27a and 27b are formed on the upper surface of both ends of the free end portion of the floor emergency door 23, respectively. In addition, the open second floor emergency door 23 is located between the upper surface of both ends of the free end portion of the second floor emergency door 23 and the upper end of the second floor emergency exit 22 which is the upper portion of the vehicle body.
The ends of a pair of ropes 30a and 30b are respectively tied together to support the robot at a constant inclination angle. On the other hand, inside the second floor emergency door 23, a substantially flat foot plate 35 having approximately the same length as the second floor emergency door 23 is housed so as to be vertically accessible. This tread 3
5 is in the upward direction when the second floor emergency door 23 is in the closed state. And the tread 35
A pair of support rollers 37a (one support roller is not shown) rolling in the pair of grooves 25a and 25b, respectively, and a pair of support rollers are located near both ends of both side surfaces 36a and 36b in the width direction. Rollers 37b (one support roller is not shown) are each pivoted. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, on both sides of the rear end of the upper surface 38 of the footboard 35, there is a pair of protrusions 40a that can be respectively engaged with the pair of protrusions 27a and 27b formed on the second floor emergency door 23. , 40b are erected to prevent the footboard 35 from falling off from the second floor emergency door 23.
Further, on the upper surface 38, there is a protrusion 42 for preventing slipping.
are horizontally arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the footboard 35. By opening the above-described second floor emergency door 23, a slope passage described later can be automatically formed by the second floor emergency door 23 and the footboard 35.

Since the floor emergency door 23 falls down toward the outside of the vehicle around the lower edge of the second floor emergency exit 22, the sliding direction of the tread 35 faces diagonally downward, and the tread 35 slides due to its own weight, allowing the second floor emergency door 23 to move freely. The second floor emergency door 23 automatically comes out from the end, while the second floor emergency door 23 is supported at a constant angle of inclination by a pair of ropes 30a, 30b. As a result, the second-floor emergency exit 22 and the ground communicate with each other through a sloped passageway inclined diagonally downward, allowing passengers to run down the sloped passageway consisting of the second-floor emergency door 23 and the footboard 35 and quickly escape to the outside of the vehicle.
