Abstract

PURPOSE:To give a function as a fishing ground to a levee body and to reduce the cost by arranging box-like body blocks having lighting sections on the tops on the foundation mound, and passing fishing path blocks through the body blocks. CONSTITUTION:Rubble-mound, etc. are used for the bottom of the sea to form the foundation mound 12, and box-like body blocks 16 provided with slit-like lighting sections 14 are arranged in series lengthwise. After that, the body blocks 16 are linked with each other and, at the same time, fishing path blocks 18 are connected to both sides of body blocks 16', and fill-stone 20 is laminated on the upper part and separation of the fishing path blocks 18 to coat the fill-stone 20 with a coating material 22. Outside light streams in through a large number of slit-like lighting sections 14 of each of the body blocks 16 and, at the same time, each of the fishing path blocks 18 is functioned as a passage of marine products to the inside spaces of the body blocks 16 or as a sea-water circulating passage to the inside and outside of the levee body.

Offshore breakwaters and submerged breakwaters have traditionally been known as structures used to prevent erosion on beaches, etc. Among these, breakwaters are structures in which the breakwater body protrudes above the sea surface a little distance from the coast. Because of this structure, it is not aesthetically pleasing, and in recent years, submerged levees have been actively adopted because the top of the levee body is below the sea surface, ensuring calm waters without disturbing the landscape.

By the way, in this submerged embankment, the embankment body is composed of rubble and blocks piled up on the foundation mound, so
Since there are very few voids inside the dam body and no external light penetrates, it lacks the function as a fish nest, and the construction cost increases because a large amount of rubble and blocks are used.Furthermore, it is difficult to exchange seawater inside and outside the dam body. Various issues were pointed out that needed to be resolved, including unsatisfactory functionality.

Therefore, in this invention, by adopting a configuration in which a box-shaped main body block with a lighting section preferably formed at the top and a fishway block communicating with this main body block are arranged on the foundation mound, the embankment body can be used as a fish nest. The aim is to provide these functions as well as reduce construction costs.

Specifically, a plurality of main body blocks each having a lighting section formed at a predetermined location are arranged in series on a foundation mound, and the internal spaces of these main body blocks are communicated with each other, while a fishway is installed on the side of a predetermined main body block. It is preferable to connect the blocks, laminate a filling material on the upper part of the fishway block and the spaced apart part thereof, and further cover the bottom and top portions of the filling material with a covering material.

Further, in this case, the main body block has a communication port on at least one opposing side surface of the box-shaped main body, and a slit-shaped lighting section that communicates with the internal space at the top,
The fishway block is constructed by opening a communication hole for the fishway block as necessary on the other opposing side, and the fishway block is formed of a generally inverted U-shaped block with both ends open and the bottom open. It is preferable to form a flange along the bottom edge of the glyph block.

In the submersible embankment according to the present invention, not only external light shines into the internal space of the main block through the lighting section formed at the top of the main block, but also each fishway block is an entrance/exit path for fish and shellfish to enter and exit the internal space. Since it is used as a fish nest, the embankment body can function as a fish nest.

In the submerged embankment according to the present invention configured as described above, not only external light enters into the interior of the embankment body, that is, each main body block 16 (16゛) through a large number of slit-shaped lighting sections 14, but also the lighting section 14 and fishway block 18 (1B'

As mentioned above, according to the submersible embankment of the present invention, a large space with a fishway is formed inside the embankment body, and external light enters into this internal space (fish nest) from the light-taking part such as the top, so that various types of light can be seen. Since fish and shellfish can settle in a suitable manner and young children can be protected and raised, it can not only be used suitably as a fish reef or seaweed bed, but also promote the exchange of seawater between the inside and outside of the embankment body. In addition, since the porosity of the embankment body is large, the amount of filling material and covering material used is not small, making it economical, and furthermore, the entire construction work, including leveling of the foundation mound, can be carried out easily. Therefore, it has various advantages such as being able to significantly reduce construction costs.
