Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent crack initiation at the ends of a window frame caused by external force such as vibration at the time of working, by welding the bottoms of the two ends of window frame to internal frames of cabin, and thereby increasing the mounting rigidity. CONSTITUTION:The bottoms of the left and left ends of a window frame 12 which partitions a front window 9 from a roof window are extended and welded to internal frames 19 on both sides of the cabin 1. The tops of both ends of this window frame 12 are welded rigidly to a sheath panel 17 of cabin. This process of welding at two points each up and down should increase the rigidity of the whole cabin.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional cabin of a work vehicle equipped with a roof window, a wind frame that partitions the front window and the roof window is welded to the left and right cabin skin panels. In order to ensure visibility, the window frame must be narrow in width, and the blind spot between the front window and the roof window must be made as small as possible. However, the narrow wind frame has a small welding area with the outer skin panel of the cabin, so its rigidity is low, and cracks may occur in the welded area due to vibrations of the vehicle body. Therefore, in order to ensure the rigidity of welding, the width of the wind frame must be increased to a certain extent, and a contradiction arises in that increasing the rigidity increases the blind spot.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention was proposed to achieve the above object, and provides a work vehicle having a roof window above the cabin of the driver's seat. The lower portions of both left and right ends of the wind frame that separates it from the front window are extended and welded to the internal frames on both sides of the cabin, the upper portions of both left and right sides of the wind frame are welded to the outer skin panels of the cabin, and then the upper portions of the wind frame are welded to the outer skin panels of the cabin, and then the wind frame is extended to approximately the entire length of the wind frame. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wind frame for a work vehicle, characterized in that a reinforcing rib is provided over the entire length.

[Operation] In this invention, the lower portions of both left and right ends of the wind frame that partitions the front window and the roof window are extended and welded to the internal frames on both sides of the cabin. Since the upper portions of both ends of the wind frame are integrally welded to the outer skin panel of the cabin, the upper and lower parts are welded at two places, improving the rigidity of the entire cabin.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the wind frame (2) that partitions the front window (9) and the roof window 01) has zero ribs protruding from both the upper and lower surfaces to ensure strength against bending and twisting. has been done. The wind frame (to) is formed by welding the upper frame (111) and the lower frame θ9 shown in FIG. It is designed so that it does not obstruct visibility. The shape of both ends (IE) (1G) of the upper frame (B) is widened so that the connecting portion with the outer skin panel (to which the upper frame is welded) has a predetermined radius.

[Effects of the Invention] As detailed in the above-mentioned embodiment, this invention has the lower ends of both ends of the tie frame welded to the internal frame of the cabin, which improves the mounting rigidity and prevents external forces such as vibrations during work. This prevents cracks from forming at both ends of the wind frame. In addition, the wind frame is equipped with reinforcing ribs, which, together with the aforementioned improvement in mounting rigidity, makes it possible to make the width of the wind frame as narrow as possible in the longitudinal direction, expanding the visibility of the cabin. This invention satisfies the contradictory conditions of improved visibility and improved durability.
