部は1400〜1500°C位にも加熱されるおそれが
あり、耐熱性のあるアルミナロールでも焼成物が長時間
に亘って載置され、かつ回転しているため変形すること
が多々あった。特に、ローラの長さが1000mmにも
なると、その中央には相当の集中荷重が動荷重として付
加され、大きく変形し、寿命が従来の115位となった

、アルミナローラの1種から形成する。また、ローラ受
け6.7.15.16は第1図、第3図に示すようにロ
ーラ5.12の端部を耐火、断熱カバー10の外側で載
置する構造である。ローラ受け8.9.13.14は駆
動側であり、チェーン等18で駆動するか、ギア17a
、17bを第1図に示すように固設し、このギア17a
、 17bをチェーン等18で駆動回転するものである
。耐火、断熱カバー10は耐火レンガと不燃材(ロック
ウール等)で被焼成物Aを通過させる空間を包囲すると
共に、ローラハースキルン上には、人、出口1a、1b
を形成し、被焼成物へ通過用の開口を設ける。勿論、耐
火、断熱カバー10にはダクト11と図示しない熱源供
給口、エア供給口、冷気供給口等を具備しているもので
