Therefore, it is extremely difficult to replace the sleepers in the bucket of a power excavator, as the ties connecting the rails and the sleepers are usually removed before replacing the sleepers.

Excavate the gravel at the bottom with bucket 2 as shown in Figure 8(e).
The sleeper A can be replaced by inserting a new sleeper A between the rails C in the same manner as described above and backfilling with gravel B using the bucket 2 as shown in FIG. 8(f).

The way the arm hits the sleeper is different, and the posture of the arm 1 and the bucket 2. The swing angle of the sleeper holder 4 and the bucket 2 must be adjusted so that the sleeper can be easily grasped, which not only makes the operation troublesome, but also makes it difficult to swing the arm 1 while holding the sleeper, or to move the bucket 2. If it swings, the sleeper you are holding may fall.

A boom 13 is attached to a boom cylinder 1 on a vehicle body 10 of a track vehicle, which is provided with a support leg 12 having a support leg 1 swingable up and down.
An arm 15 is provided on the boom 13 so as to be vertically swingable, and a bucket 17 is connected to the arm 15 so as to be vertically swingable, and a bucket cylinder 18 is linked to the arm 15. It is connected to the bucket 17 via 19 to constitute a bucket device.

。As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, mounting plates 28 are fixed to the upper sides of the back plate 20, projecting laterally from the side plates 21, and each mounting plate 28 has a pair of mounting seats 29, 29. A pair of support brackets 34 and 34 supporting a pair of support shafts 33 and 33 of the trunnion 32 provided at the longitudinal center of the cylinder tube 31 of the cylinder 30 are bolted to the pair of mounting seats 29 and 29, respectively. 35, the cylinder tube 31 of the cylinder 30 is supported so as to be able to swing up and down, and the piston rod 3

Since the state of contact with both side plates 21 is always constant regardless of the swing angle of the bucket 17 or the posture of the arm 15, it is possible to not only always grasp the sleeper reliably and easily, but also to ensure that the arm 15 and the bucket 17 are in contact with each other. The sleeper you are holding will not fall even if it sways.

This prevents the cylinder attachment portion from protruding to the bottom of the bucket 17, so it does not get in the way during excavation.

If the front end surface of the side plate 21 of No. 7, that is, the front end surface 26g of the gripping arm 26 is straight, it will interfere with the rail C.
If it is curved in a U-shape as described above, the gravel at the bottom of the rail C can be excavated without interfering with the rail C.

Therefore, arm 1
The arm 15 can be grasped reliably regardless of the posture of 5 or the swing angle of the bucket 17, and the operation of grasping the sleeper is not only facilitated, but also the arm 15 can be swung while gripping the sleeper. Even if the bucket 17 is swung, the railroad ties it is gripping will not fall.
