Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 弁室11及び弁座12を備えた弁箱1と;
    弁室11内へ上・下動自在に配設され、弁体3を
    弁座12へ当座させる超電導材製のデイスク体4
    と;前記デイスク体4と対向状に配設して弁箱1
    に固定した永久磁石7と;ハンドル9の操作によ
    り前記永久磁石7の両磁極間を磁気的に短絡する
    消磁体8とより構成した流体制御装置。 (2) デイスク体4を高温超電導材製とすると共
    に永久磁石7の下方に配設した非磁性材製のダイ
    ヤフラム5により弁室11の上方を密封する構成
    とした請求項(1)に記載の流体制御装置。 (3) デイスク体4の下方に配設した金属製ダイ
    ヤフラム5により弁室11の上方を密封すると共
    に、デイスク体4によりダイヤフラム5を弁座1
    2へ当座させる構成とした請求項(1)に記載の流
