浄パイプ２と前記洗浄配管４とを接続すると共に
前記追焚熱交換器１０と浴槽１とを接続した追焚
帰湯管５に浴槽底部と接続した排水配管６を設け

先ず、洗浄の指示を与えると、残り湯の量が、

ンプ９を始動させる。残り湯は、追焚帰湯管５及
び追焚用熱交換器１０を経て排水口１１から排水
される。この時、切換弁１２，１２′，１２″はか
かる排水方向に切り換わる。次に切換弁１２，１
２′，１２″が洗浄方向に切り換り、大気開放タン
ク１３からの温水は、ポンプ９及び追焚用熱交換
器１０を経て追焚送湯管３から洗浄配管４に至
り、洗浄パイプ２に導入されて、浴槽１の壁面に
向つて噴霧される。かかる噴霧温水は、洗浄配管
４に、洗剤投入部７からの所定量の洗浄が、洗浄
の間、供給されているので、洗剤混入温水であ
り、この洗剤混入温水によつて浴槽１の壁面が洗
浄される。かかる洗浄は、例えば５分程度行なわ
れるが、洗浄終了後、例えば５〜10分程度放置す
ることによつて、洗剤が壁面の汚れに効果的に作
用する。このことは、きつ水線Ａの上部だけでな
く、きつ水線Ａの下部に於いても、洗剤を含んだ
残り湯が壁面の汚れに強力に作用する。次に、ポ
ンプ９が始動して、浴槽１内の洗剤を含んだ温水
が、排水配管６及び切換弁１２″を介して、追焚
送湯管５に入り、切換弁１２、ポンプ９及び追焚
用熱交換器１０を経て、切換弁１２′を介して排
水口１１から排水される。この間、洗剤を含んだ
温水によつて、その経路が洗浄される利点があ
る。かかる排水の確認は、浴槽１の底部に設けた
水位センサー８′によつて確認することができる。
かかる排水の確認後、前記した洗浄の際と同じ温
水回路が形成され、洗浄パイプ２から洗剤を含ま
ない温水が浴槽１の内壁に所定時間噴霧され、壁
面のすすぎ洗いが完了する。すすぎ洗い終了後、
排水配管６から追焚帰湯管５にすすぎ洗い後の温
水が流れて、前記排水の時と同様に排水口１１か
