This development device has a plurality of fixed cleaning nozzles at different positions on the inner wall surface of the bathtub, etc., and a cleaning liquid supply pipe for supplying the cleaning liquid to each cleaning nozzle via an electromagnetic valve, in order to increase the injection pressure of the cleaning liquid. The opening and closing sequence of the solenoid valve is controlled so that the cleaning liquid is sequentially sprayed from one cleaning nozzle toward the inside of the bathtub at a constant time interval, so that the cleaning liquid spreads to every corner of the inner wall of the bathtub, and The cleaning liquid accumulated on the bottom side is circulated and repeatedly jetted from the cleaning nozzle, and thereafter, the cleaning water such as tap water is sequentially jetted from each of the cleaning nozzles at a fixed time interval to wash away the dirt components and the cleaning liquid on the bathtub wall surface and to bathtub. Is discharged from the outlet.

There is a problem that a large number of cleaning nozzles must be provided in order to spread all over the inner wall surface. In addition, in order to increase the jetting pressure of the cleaning liquid, a solenoid valve of a cleaning liquid supply pipe connected to each cleaning nozzle must be provided. Since it is necessary to selectively control the opening and closing of the nozzles one by one to perform injection (of course, a large-capacity pump can be used to simultaneously inject a plurality of cleaning nozzles at a high injection pressure, but if that is the case, the pump becomes very Upsizing,
There is a problem that it is not possible to secure an installation place in the bathroom. To avoid this, use a small pump,
The cleaning nozzles are sequentially switched and ejected one by one), the number of solenoid valves increases, and not only does the piping connection of the solenoid valves take time, but also a large number of solenoid valves are exposed to each cleaning liquid supply pipe. In this case, there is a problem that the aesthetic appearance is impaired.

For example, at this time, when the drive source is controlled to reciprocate the valve body and the ejection hole is swung in the area of the opening provided in the valve housing case, the cleaning liquid is ejected from the ejection hole over a predetermined range from the ejection direction. It is sprayed over a wide range of the inner wall surface of the bathtub by changing. Then, after spraying for a certain period of time, when the valve body is rotated and the ejection hole is rotatably accommodated in the closing portion of the valve housing case, the cleaning liquid ejected from the ejection hole is stopped by the closing portion, and the ejection into the bathtub is stopped. When multiple washing nozzles are provided,
By rotating the valve body one by one cleaning nozzle and oscillating the ejection hole in the opening, a wide range of cleaning liquid jets with different jetting directions are successively performed at predetermined time intervals from each cleaning nozzle. .

When the pump 12 is started in a state where the ejection hole 37 is on the opening 40 side, the cleaning liquid in the bathtub is sucked into the pump 12 via the return pipe 10 and is heated to a predetermined temperature by the heat exchanger 20 so that the cleaning nozzle 4a
To be sprayed into the bathtub from the cleaning nozzle 4a.
At this time, by rotating the motor 35 of the cleaning nozzle 4a back and forth and causing the ejection hole 37 of the valve body 27 to swing horizontally in the area of the opening 40, the cleaning liquid ejected flat from the ejection hole 37. Changes the spouting direction and sprays it toward the inside of the bathtub over a wide area to remove dirt from the inside of the bathtub.
When the injection of the cleaning nozzle 4a has passed for a predetermined time, the injection of the cleaning liquid is stopped by directing the ejection hole 37 of the cleaning nozzle 4a toward the closing portion 38 side. Next, the motor 35 of the washing nozzle 4b is rotated to set the ejection hole to the opening 40 side, the pump 12 is started, the cleaning liquid is sent to the washing nozzle 4b, and the ejection hole 37 is swung in the area of the opening 40. By circulating and jetting the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid is jetted over a wide area of the inner wall surface of the bathtub 1 to remove dirt on the inner wall surface of the bathtub.

Since the cleaning nozzle is configured to stop the injection of the cleaning liquid when rotating and directing the ejection hole to the closing portion side, the opening and closing operation of the valve can be performed by the cleaning nozzle itself. Since there is no need to provide an on-off valve such as a solenoid valve for the cleaning liquid supply pipe for supplying the cleaning liquid, the apparatus configuration can be simplified and the work efficiency of piping construction can be greatly improved. Since the on-off valve such as the electromagnetic valve is not exposed to the cleaning liquid supply pipe, the appearance is also very favorable.

果が得られる。Further, since the valve body of the cleaning nozzle can reciprocate or rotate in one direction by the rotation control of the rotary drive source by the control unit, the rotation direction of the control unit changes the injection direction of the cleaning liquid injected from the ejection hole of the valve body. Therefore, the spray range of the cleaning liquid sprayed from one cleaning nozzle becomes very wide. In addition, the nozzle passage of the cleaning nozzle is configured such that the base end thereof is always in communication with the cleaning liquid supply pipe. That is, when the valve body of the cleaning nozzle is rotating to the position where the cleaning liquid is ejected, the valve body closes the cleaning liquid. Even when the nozzle is rotated to the position, the base end side (inlet side) of the nozzle passage is always in communication with the cleaning liquid supply pipe regardless of the rotation position of the valve body. The jet flow rate does not decrease and changes, the jet flow rate of the cleaning liquid is kept almost constant regardless of the swinging jetting position, and a strong jet impingement force can be applied to the inner wall surface of the bathtub in any jet direction, and the washing nozzle It is possible to clean the bathtub evenly and cleanly by spraying the cleaning liquid vigorously over every corner of the inner wall surface of the bathtub without providing many bathtubs. Furthermore, a cleaning liquid circulation pipe line with a built-in pump and a control unit for controlling the circulation and injection of the cleaning liquid are provided, which collects the cleaning liquid injected from the cleaning nozzle toward the inner wall surface of the bathtub and circulates the cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzle. It is possible to circulate the cleaning liquid circulation pipe by pump driving and to use the cleaning liquid repeatedly, and it is possible to eliminate waste in using the cleaning liquid (detergent) such that the cleaning liquid is discharged without being repeatedly used, which is very economical. It is. Further, as described above, since the cleaning liquid is used repeatedly, the detergent usage fee can be reduced, and it is avoided that a large amount of the detergent is used and discharged every time the bath tub is washed, thereby causing a problem of environmental pollution. An excellent effect of contributing to prevention can be obtained. Further, as described above, the cleaning liquid circulates in the cleaning liquid circulation pipe by driving the pump, so that the cleaning liquid circulation pipe can be satisfactorily cleaned each time the bathtub is cleaned. further,
In the present invention, when performing bathtub cleaning, the control unit controls the detergent input operation by the detergent input unit and the water supply operation by the water supply unit, and collects only the cleaning liquid that can be pump-started on the bottom of the bathtub and circulates the cleaning liquid. I'm trying to do it,
The amount of the cleaning liquid accumulated on the bottom of the bathtub during bathtub cleaning is small, and therefore, the cleaning liquid sprayed from the cleaning nozzle can exert a strong jet impinging force not only on the side surface inside the bathtub but also on the bottom surface. The effect of being able to cleanly remove dirt over all the inner wall surfaces is obtained.
