プ４を介して給湯用大気開放タンク５と接続し、
該大気開放タンク５は給湯熱交換器９と接続す
る。そして前記洗浄系配管３には洗剤投入部６を

浄配管３内に電磁弁等によつて所定量の洗剤が投
入され続ける。このように、洗剤を混入した加圧
温水は、洗浄パイプ２から浴槽１の壁面に噴霧さ
れて浴槽１を洗浄する。かかる洗浄時間は、例え
ば５分間程度行なわれる。その後、洗剤の投入が
停止し、温水だけがポンプ４によつて洗浄パイプ
２に導かれて、例えば３分間程度、浴槽１の壁面
をすすぎ洗いをする。すすぎ洗い後、水位センサ
８が水の不存在を確認し、排水部７が閉栓して洗

うので、充分に噴霧洗浄を行なうことができ、全
体として現想的な浴槽の洗浄を行なうことができ
