(Problems to be solved by the invention) Among the glass assemblies mentioned above, in the case of those in which glass plates are fitted into a lattice-like frame, when fitting each glass plate, the periphery of the glass plate must be It requires time and effort to interpose a sealing material between the slits in the frame, and it cannot be fitted in one-touch, making installation time-consuming. In addition, if a glass plate with a bulged center part is used for design reasons, the peripheral edge of the glass plate is fitted at the center position in the width direction of the square pipe, so the front end surface of the frame and the glass plate are fitted. There is a problem in that the distance from the peripheral edge becomes large, making it impossible to create a sense of unity as a whole of the glass assembly.

On the other hand, for glass assemblies made by stacking glass blocks, reinforcing steel reinforcement, mortar mixing, stacking blocks, finishing work, etc. are required, which increases the overall man-hours, and all of these work can only be done on-site. Furthermore, since the glass block cannot be cut, it is difficult to match the dimensions of the opening, etc., and repairing when a part is damaged becomes extremely troublesome.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention consists of a glass assembly consisting of a grid-like frame and a glass panel attached to each grid of the frame. By jointing and connecting multiple vertical pipes and horizontal pipes with connectors, it is possible to form a structure of any size, and for the glass panel, the periphery of the glass plate is fitted in advance to the edge member, and this The edge members can be easily attached to each grid of the frame using screws, etc., and can be removed.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the glass panel 5 has an integrated structure in which the peripheral edge of a glass plate G with a bulged center portion is fitted into an edge member 6, and the edge member 6 has left and right members 6a. , 6a and upper and lower members 6b, 6b are fitted together by L-shaped joint connectors 7, forming a rectangular shape from the front. As shown in FIG. 3, the structure of the edge member 6 is that when the glass assembly 1 is formed, a groove 8 is formed in which the periphery of the glass plate G fits into the large diameter frame of the outside part that is the outdoor side. A hole 9 into which the connector 7 fits is formed inside the groove 8. The periphery of the glass plate G is airtightly held in the groove 8 via a setting block 10, a backup material 11, and a silicone sealant 12. Also,
A seal member 13 made of rubber or the like is attached to a small diameter frame on the rear outer circumference of the edge member 6. Incidentally, the above glass panel 5 is manufactured integrally in advance in a factory or the like.

First, the vertical pipes 14 and the horizontal pipes 15 are connected vertically and horizontally via the connectors 16 to form a frame 4, and the holder 21 is attached around the frame 4 using screws 20. This holder 21 is approximately plate-shaped as a whole, and has a square pipe portion 22 integrally formed on the front surface of the glass assembly 1.
A bifurcated portion 2 that enters into a groove portion 24 of a frame body 23 such as a window frame
5 is integrally formed. The holder 21 is fixed to the frame 4 with screws 20, and like the pipes 14 and 15, the plurality of holders 21 are connected by connectors. That is, FIG. 9 shows the holder 2 located at the upper corner of the glass assembly 1.
Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the joining structure of the parts 1 and 21; Glass assembly 1
2 is a perspective view showing a joining structure of the holders 21 located at the lower part of the holder 21, in which the holders 21 are fitted together via a T-shaped connector 27. FIG. Furthermore, like FIGS. 9 and 10, FIG. 11 shows a corner portion of the glass assembly before the glass panel is attached, and a substantially triangular cylindrical batten 28 is attached to the corner portion.

12 to 14 are perspective views showing another embodiment, and in the embodiment shown in FIG. 12, locking portions 14a are formed on both rear surfaces of the vertical pipes 14 that are connected in the vertical direction. However, one reinforcing member 32 is fitted into this locking portion 14a in common in the vertical direction, and the shape of the reinforcing member 32 is a flat plate shape as shown by a solid line in the figure, or an imaginary line shape. It may also have a dome shape as shown in .

Further, the embodiment shown in FIG. 13 shows an example in which a glass assembly is attached to an existing window frame sash 33, and in this embodiment, unlike the above, the holder 21 has a bifurcated portion and A square pipe part is not provided, a channel material 35 is fitted into the groove part 34 instead of the square pipe part, and an upright part 36 is further formed at the rear edge of the holder 21. With this structure, the holder 21 is fixed to the sash 33, and then the pipes 14 and 15 are attached to the holder 21 from the outside via the backup material 29 and silicone sealant 30, and then the channel material is attached to the holder 21. 35
After fitting, the glass panel can be installed.

Furthermore, the embodiment shown in Fig. 13 is an existing one in which the window frame is specified in advance, but the embodiment shown in Fig. 14 is of a type in which the window frame can be specified according to the glass assembly. In this embodiment, a ridge 37 is fitted to the front edge of the window frame sash 36, and the front surface of the pipe material 14 is pressed against the rear surface of the sash 37, thereby creating a space between the pipe material 14 and the sash 36. It has a structure in which a backup material 29 and a silicone sealant 30 are interposed.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, the glass assembly is composed of a frame in the form of a lattice and glass panels attached to each lattice of the frame, and the frame consists of vertical pipes and horizontal pipes. The pipes were jointed vertically and horizontally through connectors, and the glass panel was held in place around the glass plate with edge members, so on-site construction involved attaching the glass panel to each grid of the frame with screws, and attaching the frame to the window. It is enough to fix it to a frame etc.
Workability on site is greatly improved.

In addition, since the glass panels are installed independently for each lattice, they can be easily replaced even if one part is damaged. In particular, if you use curved glass, you can get the same sense of volume as a glass block. When used, if the groove of the edge member is placed on the outside and the peripheral edge of the curved glass is fitted into this groove, the gap between the glass plate and the frame will not be noticeable and a sense of unity will be obtained, etc., and many other effects will be obtained. Demonstrate.
