複合フイルムを得るのに好適な製造方法に関す
る。

各種食品の包装に使用される包材として、各種
構成の複合フイルムが使用されている。このよう
な複合フイルムに印刷を施す場合、複合フイルム
の複合加工の過程で、あらかじめ印刷を施した構
成材料の一つを、印刷層が複合フイルムの内面に
なるように組込み、印刷層の保護や美的効果を増
すことが通常なされている。このような内面に印
刷層を有する複合フイルムを製造する方法とし
て、二重に重合させたフイルムの一外表面に印刷
を施し、他の外表面に接着剤を塗布した後、重合
させたままロールに巻取り、しかる後、巻取フイ
ルムの外端を剥離して、巻戻しながら、印刷層を
内面にする方法がある。

せて、各フイルムの表裏を反転し、しかる後積層
することを特徴とする複合フイルムの製造方法に
存する。

けることができる。なお、上記の印刷層や接着剤
層を設ける前のフイルム表面にコロナ処理等の表
面活性化処理を行なつてもよい。

気孔から圧縮空気を吐出させ、フイルムとロール
間の摩擦抵抗を軽減させることは、フイルムのし
わ入等の防止に有効である。反転後のフイルム
は、第2図のBに示すように、印刷層と接着層を
内面に挾んだ構成であり、その後加熱や圧着によ
つて、強固に積層することができる。
