で送る製品に付着して品質を悪くするという問題

とにあり、その要旨は、対向するフレームの両辺
の略全長に亘つて上方および互に対向する側面と
を所定ピツチで多数開口した軸受保持部を設け、
小径ローラの両端に回動自在に固定した軸受を前
記軸受保持部の開口に着脱自在に挿入して小径ロ
ーラをフレームに多数並設し、同小径ローラの端
部にベルト掛け溝を設け、又小径ローラとその端
部で直交する駆動軸を設け、同駆動軸にプーリを
多数固着し、同プーリとローラのベルト掛け溝と
をゴムベルトで連結連動し、更に小径ローラの端
部に油切り溝を設け、小径ローラの下方長手方向
にこれと接触する状態に油切り用細部材を設けて
なる油揚げ等の搬送用ローラコンベア。

に付着することがなく冷却作用や油の回収が良く
なる。それに油が固着することがない。又、油等
がローラの軸方向に移動してもローラの端部に設
けた油切り溝によつて軸受まで流れるのを阻止さ
れ、軸受及びその周辺を油等で汚すのが防止され
る。
