Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１、第２の回転軸を軸方向で着脱可能にかつ
    トルク伝達可能に互いに嵌合してなる動力伝達軸
    の前記嵌合部における着脱構造において、 前記両回転軸の少なくとも嵌合部分を筒軸状に
    形成するとともに、第２回転軸の内孔を第１回転
    軸の外径よりも大径に設定しており、 第１回転軸の円周数箇所に透孔を設け、この透
    孔にボールを径方向内外に出退可能に嵌入させか
    つ保持させるとともに、該第１回転軸の内孔部に
    軸方向進退可能に芯棒を支持し、該芯棒は、前記
    第１回転軸の軸端側への前進移動に伴い前記ボー
    ルを前記透孔内に埋没させるとともに前記軸端側
    とは反対側への後退動作に伴い前記ボールの一部
    を前記透孔より径方向外方へ押し出すカム部を有
    し、かつ軸端とは反対側に前記芯棒を軸端側に弾
    性的に付勢するばねを介装して芯棒を第１回転軸
    の軸端よりも適当量突出する前進位置まで押圧付
    勢させ、 第２回転軸の内周面の円周数箇所に前記透孔よ
    り径方向外方へ押し出された前記ボールの一部が
    係入される凹溝を軸方向に沿つて設けるとともに
    、該第２回転軸の内孔所定位置に、両回転軸の連
    結時に前記芯棒と当接し、かつ該芯棒をばねの付
    勢力に抗して第１回転軸の内孔奥へ後退させる当
    接部を設けていることを特徴とする動力伝達軸の
    着脱構造。
