トランジスタ及び変圧器から成り、該変圧器には
前記トランジスタを駆動する２組のベース巻線を
設けるようにしたトランジスタ電力変換装置にお
いて、前記トランジスタの１又は２個と熱結合す
る様に配置した正特性サーミスタを設け、該正特
性サーミスタとコンデンサを直列にして直流電源
と並列接続し、前記正特性サーミスタとコンデン
サの接続点が前記２組のベース巻線の接続点との
間で結線されるようにしたことを特徴とするトラ
