わる正特性サーミスタ、９……コンデンサ、１０
，１０′……整流ダイオード、１１……平滑用コ
ンデンサ、１２……負荷である。
第２図は正特性サーミスタの特性図である。第１
図において１……直流電源、２，３……トランジ
スタ、４……変圧器、５，５′……４の一次巻線
、６，６′……４の二次巻線、７，７′……４の
ベース巻線、８……従来回路の抵抗で本考案に係

Claims (1)
- 少なくとも、直流電源、交互に導通する２組の
トランジスタ及び変圧器から成り、該変圧器には
前記トランジスタを駆動する２組のベース巻線を
設けるようにしたトランジスタ電力変換装置にお
いて、前記トランジスタの１又は２個と熱結合す
る様に配置した正特性サーミスタを設け、該正特
性サーミスタとコンデンサを直列にして直流電源
と並列接続し、前記正特性サーミスタとコンデン
サの接続点が前記２組のベース巻線の接続点との
間で結線されるようにしたことを特徴とするトラ
ンジスタ電力変換装置。
