Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 センシングが形成された検知部と、該検知部に
    光ビームを出射する発光部と、前記検知部での反
    射光を検出する光検出部とを有し、前記センシン
    グ面での全反射特性が被測定液体の濃度値により
    変化することを利用して被測定液体の濃度を求め
    る液体濃度センサにおいて、 前記検知部を透明物質で形成し、 前記検知部の上端部に光ビームを出射する発光
    部と、光ビームが入射する受光部とを取り付け、 前記検知部の下端部に、被測定液体に接触する
    センシング面、前記発光部から出射された光ビー
    ムを前記センシング面へ反射する第１の反射面、
    及び前記センシング面で反射された光ビームを前
    記光検出部へ反射する第２の反射面を形成したこ
    とを特徴とする液体濃度センサ。
